This is a second hand product!!!!! Dirty innplaces where inncontact with skin. Protective foil has been removed from LCD display witch is broken as the number 7 looks like 1. Am very disappointed

I never even imagined the product would work this well... after only one treatment my melasma/hyperpigmentation is SIGNIFICANTLY lighter. The pictures are taken around 3 weeks apart after only one treatment – one before treatment and the other around 3 weeks post-treatment – and it looks even better in real life. I can finally look at myself and see ME in the mirror and not my melasma, and I don’t feel the need to wear make-up every time I step foot out the door. When I do choose to wear make up now, I no longer have to cake it on, but use a small amount and my skin tone is completely even.As expected, immediately following the treatment the hyperpigmentation darkened slightly (as the melanin is shattered by the laser) and redness and scabs formed in their place (as the immune system is clearing the debris), but all adverse events I experienced were transient and resolved very quickly. It’s important to keep in mind melasma is a never-ending battle, so it’s great to have a product like this handy whenever it’s needed. Because of this, I’ve followed current literature and paired use of this product with a topical tyrosinase inhibitor (4-n-butylresorcinol*) which should help inhibit melanin production into the future.* If you’re interested in this product, you can find the link to it below. It’s important to note that this product can be quite harsh on the skin (I had minor burns from its repetitive use before I upped my moisturiser game), so be sure to pair it with a good moisturiser and a sunblock (SPF50). Also, some older pictures of this product show a different ingredient list to the one specified in the description. I think it’s since been reformulated as the product I received does indeed contain everything the description said it does.
