Doesn't upset my stomach, easy to swallow
I cannot comment on if this product works because it is a herbal supplement without hard evidence that it supports lactation, which is what I bought it for. I can say, however, that I took it during a time when my milk supply was where I wanted it to be at and it did not affect my supply negatively. I didn't experience any adverse effects from taking it and the pills are easy to swallow. That is enough for me to consider this a good product.

Upset Baby’s Stomach
Worked well as a lactation supplement, milk production went up, but severely upset my baby’s stomach to the point she was crying in pain. Would not recommend as a lactation supplement

Breast milk supplement
Used to help with breast milk production and noticed an increase in milk supply after just a few days.I haven't noticed a bad taste or had an upset stomach with the capsules. I have taken them on an empty stomach with no complaints.

Works as well as other “top brand” for milk production
My IBCLC recommended that I take goats rue, but only a specific brand that has liquid capsules. I took those for several months but was curious if this brand would work for less than half the price. I’m happy to report that I’ve not seen a decrease in my supply, so I’m already on my 3rd bottle of this brand.So in summary...it works and is a great value.

Genuine goats rue, very potent
My wife loves that this goats rue works like goats rue should, she’s used the tincture from mother love and it just doesn’t work for her. But with this product she’s able to double almost triple her output. She didn’t take it for a week and her supply really took a hit. She takes 2 capsules 4 times a day and 6 times a day when stimulating more supply. (Power pumping)

Didn't work to increase supply...
I tried the Goat's Rue to increase breast milk supply at the advice of the labor and delivery Dr's. I gave it about 10 days with no increase. I added in Fenugreek and noticed a small increase. When my bottle of Goat's Rue ran out, I stopped taking it and didn't notice a drop either. This didn't seem to do anything for me.
