I recently purchased this item for use in photographing handmade Etsy jewelry products, and was thrilled with my purchase. The price is the best you will find at just $10, and the size is perfect for smaller items. It came neatly packaged with it's own carrying case and five different background fabrics. You have to iron the back drops, but I didn't find that a detriment at all when considering the ease of use and the convenience of having a completely portable and easy-to-store mini studio. Some might find it difficult to fold back into its carrying case, but I managed it easily on my first try. It reflects light well, and works great diffusing on-camera flash when using the front cover with lens slit. I've had it for a day and would easily recommend it to others as a functional and affordable home studio.

I take a lot of product photos for my blog and thought of trying out this photo tent in the hopes of improving the quality of my photos. While this product is highly portable and easy to store (it folds flat and doesn't take much space at all) but propped up it didn't give me the backdrop that I had hoped for. I still needed a generous amount of lighting to take decent shots and the fact that the tent did not have a solid flat base wasn't working out for me especially since the products I photograph tend to be lightweight and roll around. So this might be more for those who are looking for taking smaller objects with a little bit of weight to them and have sufficient light sources. I'm comfortable taking photos with an A3 drawing block for the time being.
