The one star is well deserved, before making this purchase I always read the descriptions of the item. I like to know what exactly I’m going to buy. The item clearly stated EMBROIDERY it did not say nothing on cheap decals! This is so upsetting! Also the material is very hard and thin! I’m so upset! Why lie to your customer and mislead them to believe they’ll be getting a embroidered bag, and then you get it and it’s nothing as they described it to be! This will scratch off so easy! Such a waste of my money.This is my second review. Since the seller reported my original review...this seller is very unprofessional! Speaks to their customers with very little respect. It’s so unfortunate because the design is so cute! I wish this seller could have done that right thing....but unfortunately they did not. So avoid this seller! Oh yeah the seller has now changed the description to the actual product description AFTER the whole ordeal with my item!

The material is very thin and the personalization was a decal. I thought it would be embroidered. It might have been my mistake on the decal but if I had realized how thin the material was I probably would not have purchased it. I did give it as a gift with other things but was disappointed.

The divider is ridiculous compared to the bag, it is way too small. The bag is cheap and embarrassing to take anywhere!!!! I cannot believe I paid 35$ for this. Also, when I tried to return it, they said I need to pay a 50% restocking fee and pay for shipment to return, it is not even worth returning because I will be out my money either way!

When I first got the bag, the stethoscope decal was hot pink and not light pink which I ordered. In addition, the "RN, BSN" was directly underneath in similar font size which is not what I indicated I wanted. I reached out to the company and they worked with me to make sure the product was right and I received the new one quickly. I am so happy with the new bag (although it looks white, it is light pink in person) and the "RN, BSN" title is exactly right. The bag is functional and I currently use it when I work as a nurse and during the day I use it to carry all my books as I finish up my pre-med classes. Thanks so much for great communication and customer satisfaction!

I'm really disappointed with my purchase. The material is very think and look cheap. I also order the organizer pouch same thing. If I had knew I wouldn't ordered. The name also is just a decal. What a disappointment!!!

The tote looks like one of those supermarket shopping bags. Not as big or wide as I thought it would be. The extra 13 pocket compartment is the size of a pencil bag. I hate it!!!

I was so disappointed in the quality of this gift that I was embarrassed to give it to the recipient. I thought the personalization would be embroidered but it was an iron on and the bag was flimsy and cheap feeling. I am not sure how long the bag or the iron on will last. The organizer does not fit in the bag at all. It was way too small and something have seen at the dollar store. I will be returning the organizer. Since it took so long to get the bag, I had no choice but to give it to the person because I was out of time to find something else.

Thought it would be a little heavier weight. Also looking on line it looks like the name was stitched, but is is actually a vinyl sticker.I guess I didn't read the fine print! All in all happy with purchase. It is a gift for my niece and a party is on Sat. Wasn't to arrive till 7/2-7/4. It came 6/27, GREAT.
