Great support
There were some simple problems with this card. The seller, The Best Part, did a great job of product support. I wouldn't try to put the HP card in a Dell computer like I did.

Poor Packaging
For a new product I, would expect it to be in original packaging. No, this card was put in an Express Mail pouch bare - without even an anti-static bag. it looks new - I hope it works.
