Leaks, not a great seal above alternator
It does fit into the valve cover, but insufficiently to stop the leak onto the alternator (likely why you're looking to buy this product as that is where the oem tends to start leaking). Didn't notice after the first few drives, but sure enough there seepage very soon after install. Going to have have to replace this now with the Fel-Pro that I've seen other people recommend (and their product apparently specifically addresses the above-alternator issue). So not worth trying to save a few bucks on this one, in my opinion/experience.
