I've owned another HansGrohe hand shower in the master bathroom for many years, and needed to replace an older hand shower in the 2nd bathroom. I selected this one because of the updated design, 3 modes, and the select button (instead of having to rotate the shower head). It installs easy and looks great. The 3 modes are Rain Air (which is a gentle soaking rain feel), Rain (that has a more intense spray pressure), and Whirl (this is not a massage). Between the 3 modes, I start off using the Rain Air, then to rinse all the soap & shampoo off, I change over to the more intense Rain since it has more water pressure. The Whirl feels nice, but I'd rather it have a good back massager instead. For the price of $135 and a Lifetime Warranty, it is a very good product. I've had to have the hose replaced on my older model in the mater bathroom 3 times over 12 years, and each time HansGrohe has done so at no charge. This new hose is made better and looks like it should stand-up better with daily use.

Same brand purchased in past but definitely not the same flow. The shower line is also short that comes with it.

This product lives up to its hype. The spray is fantastic! Perfection!!!
