Mantel Clock with Real Wood, 4 Chime Options, Antique Vintage Design

The chime options are great and at medium volume the chime is mellow.Do prep yourself a cup of tea or a glass of wine and get ready to chuckle because when you set it up (easy-peasy) you then have to synch it with real time which means listening to each iteration as you roll through the hours. I found myself giggling but you might be annoyed! It’s definitely worth the effort.

This is wonderful! Sounds better than my real one! The customer service was top notch! E mailed them repeatedly. The batteries we had were bad!!! Pestered them all afternoon and it was batteries! Just refreshing to get that kind of service! Do not hesitate to buy from this company! I will buy more for us and for gifts!

Wonderful chimes

When I opened the box, I actually gasped and said "Oh my God, it's beautiful!" The picture doesn't do it justice. This clock is substantial in size and weight. The wood is beautifully finished and the chimes sound full and rich, even with the volume down. The gold trim and clock face give it some pizzazz without looking gaudy. And it has a seven year warranty - who does that anymore? The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the inadequate "Quick Start Guide". It advises that you can turn the switch to 4 different chime styles, but doesn't tell you what they are. I contacted customer support and got a response within 24 hours. Here's the answer: 1. Ave Maria chime and hourly strikes, 2. Westminster quarter hour chimes and hourly strikes, 3. Westminster chime and hourly strikes, 4. Bim Bam hourly strikes. I asked them if the chime can be turned off totally and haven't heard back yet. I also had an issue with the chime striking at night instead of during the day (it stops between 10:00 and 6:00). The secret? Set it up in the morning, not the evening. As it begins at 6:00, it will then chime for 16 hours (daytime!!) and stop for 8 (nighttime!!). Hope this helps!

This clock is as advertised. The chimes sound beautiful. I liked that it has a volume control as well as a setting so the chimes don't ring at night. Great clock for the money.

Clock arrived with red loose wire and not playing music, etc. Contacted company’s customer service. Still no response!!

I’m sorry to say I have not set it yet. Keep forgetting to buy C batteries which it requires, as well as AAs.

Its such a nice clock sounds gr8 keeps good time
