The grease feels like thick oil rather than greasy appearance. So you can use this for doors, window hinges, cycle chain, wheel bearing, steering bearing or padle bearing. You can also use this on bolts or pipe threads. But I don't recommend this to apply on ball /roller bearing in fans, pumps or motors. It may not be as effective as a good quality lithium grease. Never use any type of grease in bushes (bush bearing) of table, pedestal, wall or ceiling fans or any other motors with bush. Always use thin machine oil/ thin silicone oil in bush bearings (but never use WD 40 for this purpose, WD 40 is not a lubricant oil, it's a rust softener). So this product is good for basic lubrication but not suitable for long term solution.
