I have three pair and wash them all regularly in the washer with a load of clothes. I air dry them. This has not changed the sizing or the quality in my experience.

Q: Where are these manufactured?

I bought a pair before they were manufactured in China. There is a definite difference in quality. I won't order anymore - too bad because they are so cute.

Q: Can the footbed be removed?

Yes, I removed mine to put orthopedic inserts in.

Q: What’s your return policy? I ordered a pair and they are too big. I would like to exchange them for a smaller size but their was no paperwork.

I have the same problem too. I was not able to do an exchange. I bought the shoes during Prime Day with 20% off. I ordered size 6.5 and it was too big. I wanted to do an exchange for a smaller size. I followed the instructions and clicked on “refund or exchange” but the system didn’t prompt me to select exchange. It only asked for feedback about the product, which then led to a return. Please let me know how I can exchange them for a smaller size. Thank you.
