It is very difficult to find a rocking chair that we like. Before I bought this chairs, I have already visited a lot of furniture malls with my wife, we also picked them in the online store for a long time. By chance, we saw this chair, its shape is our most favorite, the most surprising thing is that it can adjust the position of the backrest and the footrest at the same time, you can adjust to your favorite angle according to your preference. This design allows us to buy it without hesitation. Installation is not very difficult, the seller will also send a very detailed assembly instructions, no need to worry about installation problems. Recommend to you!

I love these chairs. For full disclosure, when I was putting the first chair together it was not fun, the instructions are not the best and some of the pieces were difficult to put attach. I contacted the seller and they were WONDERFUL. They immediately offered to have them sent back, however they suggested I pool the pieces from the two chairs, which I did. I also watched the video that they shared. They seller followed up with me and was very responsive. All the components fit and once I figured out how to pull together the first chair, the second chair took me less than 20 minutes, they aren't that difficult. The chairs are comfortable and they actually recline. My friends love them also because they are so comfortable! I LOVE these chairs!

I revised this after deciding it was irresponsible to rate the total chair based on assembly. Was relatively easy to assemble however impossible to identify parts. The parts list shows a long bar and a short bar with no measurement to determine what is "long" (later determined to be 23.4") and what is "short" (Later determined to be 22.2") It came with 2 bars that were both the same size. As noted it was impossible to determine what was missing so we asked for a long bar. I understand the merchant is revising their instructions to make clear the parts. I would also hope it is revised to delete the non-working telephone number. The customer service telephone number was not in service so we sent an email and received a bar that was exactly the same size as the other two. When we questioned it again by email they wrote back with sizes and we were able to determine we were missing the "short" bar. This would have been avoided had the Instruction manual contained the size rather that just "long" and "short". Hopefully the service manual be be corrected appropriately. Overall it is a nice chair and good value iI would be nice to have a working telephone number.

This is a new rocking chair for my family's living room. Quick develivery, and the seller will also patiently teach you how to assemble the chair. Overall, the installation is not complicated. My favorite point is that this chair has a position adjustment function, which is not common, and it is also a feature of this chair, you will love it!!!

Here's my cushion covers after their FIRST wash. Delicate cycle used, and this is the result...trash. And the seller claims these are machine washable.Edit: November 9, 2021. The seller rushed two new replacement cushion covers out to me. That's great! Unfortunately, the cushions are a completely different color than the two back cushions I have on the chairs. I believe this is due to my cushions being sun bleached. Now, before getting these replacement cushions I didn't even realize the how much the color had faded. So, I'm adding a star to my review for the superb customer service but I can't go any higher than two stars, as the replacements are just as unusable as the ripped up originals. The chair looks great on the patio. It is extremely comfortable and great to sit in day and night. I do not like that you can recline the bottom and leave the top upright; so when you recline the chair everything goes back and up. I would love to sit in the chair with lower part reclined only or up. After about two weeks it seems to have lost it's sturdiness and I found myself looking to see if some screws were loose...my son was unable to locate. A little wobbly after using a bit but still very comfortable; the recline is nice but the bottom is a bit short so your feet may hang over the edge instead of rest on the bottom panel. I am 5 2; All in all, I am glad I purchased, looks good and comfortable; just a few minor dislikes...I sometimes choose to use the table as an ottoman or another external one when I do not want to recline but want to have my feet up.

I do not think it functions as I expected. I have to redline fully to use the foot rest portion and it fell over backwards doing so. I do use the wicker side table as a footrest though and that works for me. The pillows feel a little thin after a bit so I use a memory foam pillow on the bottom.The assembly directions did mention a way to perhaps adjust the angle of the back. I couldn't do it and they never responded to the text line they provided for assistance.Please note that I bought this as an indoor chair so it hasn't had any exposure to the elements. It is sturdy and has held up well. It is light enough I can move it by myself as desired. Sometimes I like to sit by the window and other times I don't.I am a middle aged female and assembled it by myself. I may have had an easier time with a helper. Yet, I did do it and the only tools I own are a multi head manual and dollar store needle nose pliers.

This is a great company. Their product support group was wonderful. Chair arrive with a flaw in the back but was promptly replaced, and added bonus given for the trouble caused. I would recommend this company, they stand behind what they sell.
