Imports Decor Rubber Doormat, Brooklyn, 24-Inch by 48-Inch

This mat is very sturdy and has a great design. I have double doors and wanted a mat large enough to be in front of both doors. I also wanted a mat that wouldn’t hold water when it rains like the traditional welcome mats. I ordered it despite reading the reviews that it came damaged hoping mine wouldn’t. Unfortunately, it did come damaged even though the box was perfectly intact. One of the rubber designs was torn. Despite this, I decided to keep it because of the hassle of returning it.

I was really excited about this May. When it arrived I opened the box and found that every edge was jagged. Like it had been cut with a dull blade. It ruins the look of the mat and makes it look very cheap and ugly.

I really wanted this mat to work- it is the perfect size and the look I wanted. The problem is, it cannot be delivered in one piece. At least not the way they are packaging it. The first order arrived in a thin box with the mat folded inside. Something heavy must have been placed on the box during shipping (even though the box showed no signs of damage), because the mat was nearly broken in half. I placed an order for an exchange. The second mat arrived, still folded in half- with a little paper for cushioning- and once again broken in several places.If the seller would roll the mat around a firm cardboard cylinder and wrap it tightly, use a stronger box, or ship it flat- this would not happen. I cannot recommend this mat until the shipping issues are corrected.

We have a ground level porch that sometimes holds water when it rains, so I needed a mat that could withstand that. And we also have double doors, and I wanted a mat that was wider than normal. The size of this mat is good, but I wouldn't mind if it were another foot longer! Large, nice looking rubber mats are evidently very hard to find, but this fits the bill nicely!

This door mat works great just outside the door in our garage where the dog sleeps a good part of the day. The dog's hair wont adhere to this material, so no more laborious sweeping that I had to invest in keeping our other door mat clean. Dirt, pet fur, etc falls through the mat to the floor. I lift the mat, and sweep up the debris easily. Mat can be hosed off. Looks great and saves time!

My hubby and I really like these mats. They are super easy to rinse off. This is the first summer with them so I can’t really say how durable they are . They seem sturdy.
