Scales look good and do the job - please ensure you remove the plastic tape on the adjuster at the back (I hadn't seen it!) before use and they work like scales should

I had read in some reviews that digital scales could be unlasting on the long term. So I decided to get some mechanical ones instead. I chose these for the good reviews and their nice design.The scales are designed on a vintage style. I would say they're very elegant and classy, fitting any kitchen style with no problems. The scales are very well built, seems they could last for long.As for the accuracy, can say only good things here. The scales are very accurate. And the marks can be easily read, too.

I did think long and hard about buying these scales because they were more than I would have liked to pay, but I have bought several sets of cheap scales and they do not last and end up being very inaccurate, so your baking can be very hit and miss!! These scales are sturdy, look beautiful and are functional, being very easy to read. Also as a bonus (to save on the washing up) I find it easier to use the large bowl supplied with it as a mixing bowl afterwards for pastry or small quantities of cake mix. Excellent product!

Looks Lovely and works well, and best of all never runs out of battery! Only 4/5 as the pan holder slopes slightly so I have to be careful not to add ingredients too fast and upset the pan.

Ordered yesterday afternoon, arrived this afternoon, excellent service and the scales are even nicer than on screen.Well made and look alot more expensive than they were. look fabulous in my cream kitchen.Had mixed feelings about ordering them after reading a couple of bad reviews but im so glad i did. The black enamel really enhances the cream dial(which looked white on screen)so glad its cream.Weighs accurately too. Well pleased. Thankyou. Recommend.

Lovely old fashioned looking scales with a decent enough sized bucket for proper baking !Little dial at the back for rebalancing the scales as well - very handy

I weigh all foods whilst prepping meals. It is great value, smart and easy to clean.

They look great and are very cheap but, as a previous review said, completely inaccurate. They are fine to about 150g but it's impossible to weigh out anything more than that - it simply does not register on the scale. Disappointing.

La bilancia esteticamente è molto accattivante, con un look rètro. Personalmente mi ricorda i fari delle automobili storiche. Per quanto riguarda la misurazione, ho effettuato diverse prove, e devo dire che la trovo precisa. In conclusione sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto, non è sicuramente delle più economiche, ma è giusto che la qualità venga pagata.

Estéticamente es preciosa. Por el precio podría ser más precisa, pero para ser una báscula analógica marca bastante bien.

This is a great scale. It is heavy duty and well constructed. I was looking for an analog scale, as the digital scales seem to lose battery life too quickly. I also specifically wanted one that had both imperial and metric measures so I can use for both my US and UK recipes. I was thrilled to be able to find this scale on amazon.com, as it is from the UK. It's a nice-looking kitchen accessory, but more than that, it is accurate and easy to tare and read. The included bowl is much sturdier and higher quality than expected. I had originally ordered a different brand and had to return it immediately without even trying it due to its cheap and potentially counter-damaging construction. This one is the other end of the spectrum. I know I will be able to enjoy a lifetime of use with this scale. It did take a very long time to arrive; however, that is entirely to be expected given the long delays of international shipping during Covid-19.
