Received only five pieces and quality not good... Initiated return.. but return collection person asking for six pieces and didn't pick up.. but where will I go for the sixth piece when I actually received only five pieces??

I received the items exactly as shown in the picture.. The quality was OK type. Mostly they are all good but the width is some what small.
