Amazing for the price
I've been reading some of these reviews of the blanket "quit working" and such. I've had this blanket for over a year and not had a single issue with it. Unless you keep the blanket on 24/7, at the max heat seating... I don't understand how people are having this issue. However, I would also purchase the protection plan for an extra two bucks, it really helps. It comes with a 5 year warranty itself, though. Definitely a great gift idea. It's really plush and soft. You can't really feel any wiring and even the controller is of nice quality and perfect size.

Works perfect. Comes with a very long cord that plugs into the foot end of the blanket and I run it under my bed back up to the headboard end to plug into the outlet. The timer auto shut off works at the 10 hour mark automatically. The setting for desired heat also work very good. I'm elderly and get cold easily and the heat setting 4 is just perfect! No problems so far. Blanket is super soft and plush. A+ Purchase.

I love this blanket it’s so soft and the heating unit works very efficiently it has an auto shut off which I really enjoy so you don’t end up sweating through the night the only thing I didn’t like about it is the cord it wasn’t long enough to reach any of my outlets in my bedroom so I have to deal with that I’ve decided to put the cord at the front of my bed where it’ll reach but it’s kind of a nuisance during the night but other than that I would order it again

Best heated blankets I have owned!
Love these blankets. I have them for everyone at my house and even have one for my couch blankie because I’m always cold(even in the summer when the family blast the air conditioner)

If you live up north or anywhere cold or hate the cold then you definitely need to get this

Great blanket but does not get very warm
I like my electric blankets to be nice and toasty. I thought I would love the preheat feature, but even the highest setting is not very warm.
