Tommy Hilfiger Men's Classic Faux Leather Jacket

Yesterday I had a very embaracing moment at my christmas family reunion, when I gave this jacket that I thought was going to be awsome, and it was in this condition. Sincenit was for my husband, as soon as it arrived I wraped it and put it on the tree, so he wouldn't see it. So yesterday we all saw the condition together in front of all the family and friends.I know the brand is a good one, but it was too big for a medium size, and the inside linning was all ripped on both wrists. It also had a scratch in the upper back right shoulder.I had to send it back, its the first time in 4 years of buying on amazon that I send something back. I'll tell you how it goes.I'm sure it was an exception on this brand's quality buy it happened to me.🤷‍♀️

While this jacket is nicely made, and its 2XL size and length are exactly right in my arms, shoulders, chest, and "beer belly", the waist at the bottom of the jacket is way too big (see photos). Apparently the industry thinks any man with a big belly must also have a big waist, which just isn't true. I just know that if I ordered the XL to try to address the waist being too big, then it would be too tight in my chest and shoulders and unable to zip up around my belly. Sad, as it's nicely made afaict.

When I find something I like, I stick with it, and I really like this style and material. This purchase was a replacement of a previous coat that I had purchased in-store at Macy's three or four years ago that was worn out. The only downside of the coat is that, over time (about three years in my experience), the faux leather starts flaking off around the collar where my neck touches it. Got a much better price online than I got on the coat at Macy's three years ago when I replaced the jacket, so I was thrilled to be able to purchase an exact replacement here. Otherwise, the coat is warm, durable, and comfortable, especially for the southeastern US where winters tend to not be too severe.

The Tommy Hilfiger leather Jacket came on time. It was well packaged and the jacket was in a sealed plastic bag. The jacket is not cheap looking, it's amazing and much better looking in person. The Tommy Hilfiger leather Jacket has weight to it I would say about between 3 lbs to 4 lbs to be exact. The quality of the Jacket itself is really good. These is a soft padding on the inside to keep you warm, and a zip on the inside of the jacket on the right. You can put your phone or wallet in there. The leather on the outside looks expensive and smooth. Overall I think it's the best jacket I have ever owned. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

My husband wears a large tall but the jacket was too small. It wasn't long enough and it was short in the sleeves. I ordered an extra large tall and it fits perfectly! I am so glad I tried the large tall because it is hard to find jackets long enough and it looks great. He is very picky and he is really happy with it. The jacket seems like it is good quality. Thank you for making tall sizes for a great product we really appreciate it.

jacket looks great, faux leather but looks real with quilted lining which is unusual. too bad my son wanted the navy instead and it is not available anymore. a few years back I bought my other son a faux leather puffer from Tommy Hilfiger, he is still wearing it with no sign of wear and tear. It is a brand I trust because of that.

My husband loves this jacket so much. The navy color is actually really dark and close to grey-ish black under indoor lightings. I purchased size XL and my husband is a thick dude, 220lbs, 5’10”, athletic built with very broad shoulders and a 17.5” neck. The XL fits him wonderfully with room to layer a t-shirt and a thin hoodie. Couldn’t tell that it’s faux leather bc the material is really soft and feels real. Paid $30. Couldn’t find a better deal!!!

My husband is well over 6 feet tall so it is hard to find a coat with the right length. He wanted a jacket not a car coat so this fit the bill. He really likes it. The color and feel are great. The price is great for what you get. It looks good on him and fits perfectly once we found the right size. His only complaint is that the arms are a little long, which is surprising because his arms are about 34 long in shirts. He would buy it again.

First jacket came with some minor defects however Amazon quickly and promptly sent her replacement which arrived quickly. Fit as expected true to size I got the navy blue but maybe I'm a bit colour blind as it seems to be more black to me however it is blue upon further inspection it's a very dark blue I am 5' 9" and it fits perfectly on my waist so I suggest if you're taller than that to maybe go for the tall size I am also roughly 240 lb and I got the 2-x large. Good quality material. would not wear upon a freezing day, however will make a nice fall spring jacket.

Perfect fit. True to size. I’m 5’7” 200 pounds big boned. Very good quality and it’s like a fall jacket type which is perfect for on motorcycle. Nice. Finally got one that’s not bulky or ugly designs. Just str8 forward leather jacket that is like the old days.

It looks a tad darker then in the picture which is a plus! However it doesn’t look shiny at all. Perfect fit but a bit on the thicker side so definitely not a summer wear but good for late fall/early winter.

I'm so glad that I read the reviews before I ordered: I'm 6'3" tall, about 280 lbs. I normally would have ordered a 2X Tall, but based on reviews I went with XL Tall - excellent fit, just barely snug around the belly without discomfort. It's a pretty good-looking jacket for the money, much better than a couple of others I have ordered.

Very nice and supreme quality leather jacket of tommy, little bit loose but I can also wear a sweater underneath. I love it.
