This bag is roomy and fits everything I need for preparing holiday meals at my family's. If you deliver for DoorDash or Uber Eats or are a caterer, this bag is for you. To clean the bag, I use warm, soapy water.

I bought two of them for a friend who delivers food and she loves it. It keeps the food hot and easy to carry.

I got this bag just over a year ago for food delivery driving, and it's spent basically that whole time in my passenger seat. It's worked pretty well and I have been happy with it, but not without modification or repair. It won't hold its shape very well and the sides will start to want to stay folded inwards, but that can be solved with a couple pieces of sturdy cardboard to hold it up. The string on the zipper broke almost immediately, but the actually zipper still works just fine and I put a zip tie through it to have something extra to grab on to still. The insulation and foil lining have worked great and still do no problems with that. The title does say this bag is waterproof but it absolutely is not, so if you get a super greasy pizza or one of McDonald's drinks in their sealed bags leaks, it's going to be getting all over the outside of your bag and the seat. At least it's easy to clean haha. Recently the upper edges of the lining have been starting to flake little silver pieces and the fabric hemming around the top of the bag has gotten very brittle to the point of breaking off and fraying the rest, leaving little black hair looking threads everywhere. I'll chalk this up to sunlight damage over time, probably best to keep it out of as much direct sunlight as possible. I'm going to try some fabric glue and fabric strips to put over the hems and hopefully stop them from coming apart any further. The fabric on the rest of the bag has held up great so far. I've ran hundreds upon hundreds of orders in this bag, not to mention my own food and groceries too, and it's always done it's #1 job of insulating perfectly. Definitely a good bag as long as you are ok with doing some arts and crafts to keep it going strong, it has been worth it for me. Just don't get it if you're expecting something waterproof.

Use it for keeping groceries cold while doing other shopping. Love that it collapses and I can keep in my car all the time. No more loading and unloading a hard cooler.

Anything put in will stay hot. Leave it slightly open for steam escape. Zipper still works. No tears.
