I just received these & they aren't actually Europa portfolio files, they are by some other brand called ExaCompta.

Excellent Exacompta card folders with 3 flaps and elastic closure
If you want the elastic to be on the back instead of the front, just turn the folder upside down! I love these folders because they're sturdy (made of strong card), they don't take up much space if they only have a few sheets in them, and the 3-flap structure with elastic straps means pages don't slip out of them. The package says this is Exacompta product number 55515E; the name "Europa" is not on the package.

I have been using this brand for 5 years so i can say without hesitation that the quality is amazing.
Total barging, at my nearest stationery, a single folders is sold for £2.95, and here i get 10 folders for about £7!!!!I have been using this brand for 5 years so i can say without hesitation that the quality is amazing.
