Before purchasing this laptop stand I read the reviews on Amazon, a few of which were negative. I disagree with the negative reviews. I am using this stand with a 15” laptop. The laptop fits perfectly on this stand and it is sturdy. It is VERY easy to open and close. In one of the reviews someone mentioned that it did not come with a carry bag...not true, it does come with a zippered carry bag.It also comes with a small shelf that is very useful for placing an external hard drive on. The only drawback with the shelf is that it has an open bottom and I couldn't place my external hard drive on it without the hard drive falling through. However, I remedied that issue by using Velcro straps, which I wrapped around the shelf and inserted the external hard drive inside of the straps to secure it (see pictures). Also, the shelf came with only ONE cotter pin to secure it to the stand.The carry bag that it came with had a tear, which I believe was going to continue to get worse. Because of this I contacted Amazon regarding this issue. Unfortunately, a replacement could not be sent out for just the carry bag, so a replacement for the entire stand was sent out to me. When I received the replacement, I noticed that it came with TWO cotter pins to secure the shelf to the stand. So, if you order this stand and it comes with one cotter pin, be sure to contact Amazon about the additional cotter pin.In summary, this stand is light, sturdy, easy to open and close and is a great bargain for the price.

Well built and solid little desktop stand. I use it for my synthesizer and drum machine. Works well!

This is a good stand, I use it for my karaoke setup. I had to add rubber bands to the shelve to hold my external hard. It folds up and goes into my laptop back. The carrying bag needs improvement, the inside is flaking and the zipper pull tab broke quickly. I would purchase again if needed.

I ordered this for my friend for his birthday. He is a DJ and his current laptop stand sat a bit too low for him that he found himself having to hunch down every time to search for his songs during his sets. He loves this stand. It gives his laptop more height and therefore better for his posture and adds to being more efficient in locating his music. The stand is sturdy and provides strong support for his laptop. It keeps the unit in place securely. He is happy with it's functionality.

Love the laptop stand. The only problem I have is the way it was shipped to me. The label was placed on the actual box and the box showed what the item was. I feel the box should have been inside of another box so that no one could see what it was. Other than that I love it and have no other issues. The shipping was extra fast. I give the seller and item 5 stars.
