Very useful product
As my wife and I are approaching 88 the alarm as been very useful ,being able to move the receiverfrom room to room enables us to be more relaxed. Communication with the seller is extremely good.The product is very well made and good value for money,It serves its purpose very well

I use it around the house garden and garage to alert my wife if I have a fall. Used for purpose several times and led to ambulance trips to A & E.

They are so useful that I immediately bought another. They have easy instructions for use. They seem quite sturdy and there are quite a few different call sounds/tunes to choose from

Considerations
Works...but live in a bungalow...all doors have to be kept open for it to work so not ideal in winter & wrist strap was too small for my dad to wear...plus very 'happy' chimes for someone who might be in distress!

Good device
Bought this for mother due to her poor breathing and COPD. The device give my mother confidence when she sleeps downstairs , sometimes she finds it difficult to walk upstairs. The device is plugged in upstairs for safety, and she has one button with her. The tones on the device aren't great, sound like ringtones if I'm honest, which doesn't give an alarming tone if your family member needs help. There is a tone that sounds like a doorbell, we have set the doorbell as our defuslt tone. I recommend getting a device like this if you are concerned of leaving a family member alone . It comes with 2 buttons . One is in the bedroom, and one is downstairs . It helps alot , and I feel confident enough to sleep at night with the device plugged in. The device does set off the tone when you switch the plug on everytime though, this can be annoying if it's late at night.

Need the alarm for my son who has Motor Neurone Disease. Works well although I would have been happier if the alarm was louder!
