Size can be an issue.
If you are 5'3 and expect the medium size to fit u, it can be wrong. I think M for inner wear on torso will have to go with L for thermals for legs. So will depend upon built also, not just height of person

Quality of clothes are very poor, size does not fit as given in the product description. Very much disappointed with Amazon for not providing support even after repeated follow up.
