Fit SimplifyResistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5

This is one of the cheapest resistance band sets I've found but it is fantastic. The bands range from "too easy" to "NOPE!" and I have yet to break one or see any tearing. Even my kids like using (abusing) them. Great addition to a home workout routine. They take up very little room and the included bag keeps them clean and neat.

After multiple ACL surgeries I needed a good routine to keep my knees in shape. These are great to make sure I stay in shape and am able to continue playing soccer.I usually throw one in my car, one in my soccer bag and one in travel. They provide me with a band to always work on my strength and fitness. I've used them for about 8 months and I see it still in the same shape as the day of arrival.Highly recommend it.

While these are excellent means of establishing regular exercise when weights or other issues provide use of regular weights they have one drawback. The estimated weight comparison is overstated. In time, the bands will loosen up and become easier to use if used regularly.They are easily stored and provided with a small bag for storage or travelI do recommend them for the following scenarios: those who do not have traditional exercise equipment, or area to have such equipment; older people who want to maintain a reasonable level of strength and flexibility; rehabilitation of specific muscles or joints, especially for sports injuries, or older persons; those who do not have a history of regular exercise; all of course with guidance from Medical or PT recommendations.

Bought these over a year ago as part of a workout plan, and they worked wonderfully. Fast forward a year later, and they have gone missing (10/10 blaming my kids). What did I do after resigning to the fact that my other batch was gone forever? I immediately went on here, found them, and bought them again! These are so wonderful, they fit conveniently into the little pouch they come with, and they offer a variety of workout options. So get them, and get fit!

This is great for travel — not only does it include many levels of resistance but it has a little workout booklet which is helpful for when your internet connection isn’t good. I took these to Johannesburg S Africa where there’s load shedding, and I preferred to stay in my flat rather than go out because it was an unfamiliar area to me. Perfect solution to keep fit and work out the kinks from a long flight. The bands are a little smelly when you first unwrap them but that clears up. The little bag is helpful for keeping everything together. Great value for the price.
