I am very picky when it comes to vanilla. I love the different flavors and varieties that it comes in. This particular one is wonderful. It has a distinct taste and one can definitely tell the difference between cheap vanilla and good vanilla. A little goes a long way. I do lots of baking with this brand and it turns out great every single time. The taste is as expected with a fine vanilla. You cannot go wrong with this one. Only time I changed types was with an Angel food cake. I prefer to use a clear vanilla for those. The only con side I have is that the bottle that it comes in is made very thin. I accidentally moved an appliance close to it, and the bottle actually broke. I was very disappointed in that. I did reorder for a replacement. It was my fault. Anyway, the vanilla is amazing, and I promise you will love it.

First purchased this vanilla in Arizona and have used it ever since. It is very aromatic and has lots of flavor. Glad to find it on Amazon.

Not when it is real vanilla. That kind of surprised me, actually. Vanilla is an incredible flavor! I never knew, before we bought our first bottle of this stuff.

This vanilla has a great taste, however, it is extremely strong. I bake A LOT and still have enough vanilla to last the next 4 years. I need to put slightly less vanilla than normal in every recipe, otherwise you can really taste that extract-y taste. A little goes a very long way.

The best vanilla on the market. Most Mexican vanillas has a cinnamon flavor - this one does not. It is so high quality. Worth the price. The only vanilla I use and will ever use. Great for gifts too!

Package arrived as promised... well packed and a nice note from shipper. This is a really good product with a flavor that is hard to beat .10% alcohol makes it perfect for whipped cream and to splash over ice cream! This bottle will last a long time so I am happy with the price too. Will definitely buy more!!!
