So convenient
It's very easy and hassle free. Once you have the thermometer linked to your app, the readings automatically saved on your app. You don't have to press and hold a bottom and wait for the reading to appear like on some other thermometers

Terrible. App won’t download in my area, the UK! The product is rendered totally useless.Update: contacted Bongmi who have provided me with a version of the app in Flight test mode. I’m now much less annoyed, and now it is working well, thanks Bongmi!

Service Is brilliant
I brought one a few days ago and when it arrived it just didn't seem to work at all, However I contacted the Seller informing them that I will be returning it due to not working. Then today I had got a brand new one through the post and it works and I am dead chuffed with it. The first time it took 3minutes to check my temp but that wasn't no hassle. Brilliant piece and highly recommend it. Good Luck and lots of Baby Dust to all trying
