Already requested return label. When the product arrived one of the zippers was broken, and the other was very thin cheaply made low grade metal. No chance it would stand up to daily use. The purse looks like the purse she has now except it is a cheap knock off version. The strap rings weigh half what hers now weighs and they are the same size. All the stitching is single stitch and the edges of the material look like they will come apart inside 2 to 5 months. Terribly disappointed.
