Rubie's Costume Super Deluxe Old-time Santa Suit Costume

I get a lot of complements on this suit. It is well made and looks nicer than a standard red and white. I suggest confirming the size of coat and belt before you order. Mine fits me fine, but I am at the last belt buckle hole and am not a large man (34" waist). Pants are adjustable, but you will want to ensure you get the right size of coat and belt to go around you.

The suit is incredible. The fabric is nice, feels pretty durable, and looks amazing. I'm really excited to play santa this year. The jacket/robe fits very nicely. I'm 6'4" and it fits great. The sleeves are a little shorter than is like on myself, by just a hair, but if you're a little shorter than me it shouldn't be an issue. My one complaint is the pants, which for fine around the waist, only come down to mid calf on me. If there was an option for a bigger size I might have taken it, but i doubt if there was one the jacket or waist would have for me. I'm gonna get some nice talk boots that will hopefully reach above where the legs cut off on me, so everything will work out alright, I just wish there was an option for taller pants. But overall, this suit is well worth the price tag if you want to look amazing, and not like some cheap costume shop bum santa.

This is a WONDERFUL Santa suit! I love that there is just enough differences, such as the hood rather than hat, and the longer coat/robe, to set it apart from the usual Santa suits. It is well made and comfortable, and it will keep you warm! The only cons I can think of involve the two accessories, the belt and boot covers. If you invest in such a wonderful suit, ditch the boot covers and buy real Santa boots. The belt matches the boot covers in style, but, again, invest in an actual leather belt. (I ordered the XLarge, and the belt was WAY too long for my 38" waist) Even with these drawbacks, the suit itself deserves 5 stars and is, in my opinion, the finest Santa suit available on Amazon.

I wanted to upgrade my old Santa suit I wore for the kids as they were growing up. I knew I wanted something classy, but different, and looked through about every suit on the market. I finally decided on this one. I got it off-season for a great price. It is definitely different, with a Father Christmas, old world look, but not too much. It has a big, full hood instead of a hat, giving a different look. The material is rich as is the burgundy color. The white fur is nice, but needs to be brushed up to match the picture. It fits well; I'm 5'10" 190 lbs, but it's flexible. I upgraded the belt buckle and got real (well, theatrical) boots that are similar to the boot covers but better. I got a matching toy bag and a staff to have that Father Christmas vibe. And just in time for grandkids.

The suit is fine. It is of high costume quality. (If you want somwething truly duluxe you'll have to find a tailor or a seamstress and spend some big $$$) It is exactly what I expeced. the reason for the low star count is as follows:The boot covers, and belt were missing from the gigantic box this shipped in. The box was not taped shut. Also a hat is not included. (it's pictured but not listed) I think this should be spelled out on the item discrption, and it isn't.There is no way I can find on amazon's web site, short of returing this whole thing, to get the missing items.

I was so excited when this arrived, I put it on immediately and danced around the house! Beautiful suit- Well made with full lining on the coat, lovely velvet in a rich crimson color. The boot covers are exceptional. Only issue is the belt is a bit short. Add a few inches to the belt and it would be PERFECT!!

I read all the reviews which were glowing. Loved the picture of the Old World Santa costume. Was expecting to receive that...what we received was a bright red Fat Santa suit with a hat not the beautiful longer coat with the hood and gold trim. EXTREMELY disappointed in this. I'm sure for those of you that received the one in the picture, it is lovely, this however was not.

Overall the suit met my expectations. I was very pleased to see that the outfit was made in the USA. Shocked actually. The overall quality of the suit is excellent. Coat is fully lined and the pants have a elastic waistband that is nice. Boottoppers and belt are brown just in case you do not have brown shoes. Belt buckle is functional but cheep, but was not unexpected at this price point. Regarding craftsmanship , the snaps that hold the suit closed along with a zipper were poorly attached. I should say barely attached. We are restiching the snaps. I am about 50 inches across the chest so the suits just fits. Not much wiggle room. I can get the belt on but only with the last eyelet. Not great but okay. Overall I'm happy and the suit does lol really nice once it's all together. Hope this help other looking to buy.

Due to incorrect sizing information, I originally sent this item back. However, when I did purchase, it was all I expected and more.

This product is first of all NOT WHAT YOU SEE.there is no cap, beared, gloves, no trousas etcVery poor in quality. There are threds all arroundthe shoes are fake. There are only some coveres for the shoes - not really the shoesFor all of this you have to pay 300 Eur!!!it is a jokeI am returning it

I bought this last October this was early for Christmas but they had nearly sold out. I used it only a few times before Christmas and the red colour transferred onto the White Fur Cuffs and trim. In January I tried to get it cleaned but discovered from several local dry cleaners that this suit should never have been sold as dry cleanable. Buy for less told me to hand wash or take trim off but this is unrealistic as it would mean taking the whole garment apart. They also would not guarantee that the colour would not run and it would be my risk. After spending £267.02 on this outfit I do feel as though I have been let down by Buy For less Online.

Disappointed that the wig and beard had to be purchased at an additional cost when the costume was quite expensive if it had been a cheap one I could have understood.

top quality looks fantastic would recommend to anyone cant wait until Christmas the kids will love it on Christmas eve
