Perfect in every way

I purchased this ornament for my son's first Christmas. Upon receiving the ornament I was very happy with the quality, it was beautifully crafted and worth the price. However, this item was very delayed. I completely understand that this is a very busy time of year when it comes to anything mail related. Though when I e-mailed the seller they couldn't tell me anything about the status of my item and basically told me that I needed to be patient and understand that because of COVID everyone is working extra hard to get everyone their packages on time. Then the seller went on to saying that my item should arrive eventually, and that it was too early to tell if it was lost in the mail or not. As well as, that if I hadn't received this item within a MONTH that I could get a full refund or replacement. Literally the next day the ornament was delivered. The whole encounter with the seller made no sense and I thought it was strange that they replied with this whole long e-mail and they couldn't give me any status on the item when Amazon themselves were telling me my item was lost and I could receive a full refund or replacement. As I previously said, the product itself being the wood block ornament was completely perfect and everything I wanted and more. For that reason I would recommend, though still kind of confused by whole encounter with the seller and for that reason I probably wouldn't buy from them again. But you make your own decision, just wanted to share my strange experience!

I bought one of these type of blocks for my first kid a couple years ago and wanted to get one for my new baby as well but i didnt realize this one was different. Unfortunately the quality isnt as good. Bigger bulkier block and the engravings are way more shallow and almost look like it has printed lines on the name part. So its nice but i was disappointed it wasn't like the first one i got.

This is the best 1st Christmas ornaments ever it is too cute I got one for my first grandson and I’m hoping to get one for every grandchild here after

We love our ornament! It’s very well made, extremely durable (which you need it be!), and truly beautiful. Whenever anyone saw our tree this year, that’s the ornament they’re eyes were drawn to. Even my MIL couldn’t stop talking about how perfect it was. Thank you so much for giving us such a perfectly handcrafted keepsake ornament for our first child (and first grand baby!). Also for those of you that were wondering about how long it would take, we received ours in a little over a week (during the Christmas season no less!).Since this review is glowing, please know that we paid for our ornament, and were not compensated in anyway for the item or this review.
