After not being able to connect with another cable, I was so happy that, when I plugged this in, it connect to CarPlay right away. Be aware that not all cables will work with CarPlay even with the right connectors. I needed this for my new iPhone 15 (USB-C connection). It's great quality and the coil makes it manageable at the perfect length. Highly recommend.

Wow! This thing is impressive. I still can’t believe I am lucky enough to live in a world with such strange and wondrous inventions. First I pushed the rectangle end into the corresponding slot in my automobile, then I gently inserted the oblongy end into the matching port on my wireless telephone. Let me tell you… I thought this thing was impressive before doing this, but after it was in use… well that’s when the real magic happened. This small, yet powerful cable began to transfer data from my portable telephone device into my automobile and (get this) back again. Simultaneous two way communication at speeds faster than you can even believe! And it’s flexible too, which doesn’t even effect the blazing fast movement of information! I looked very closely at this little beauty, and although I was unable to see the inner workings due to a rugged outer coating of some strong, pliable polyethylene substance, I am almost certain that it contains two or more microscopic black holes though which uncountable 1’s and 0’s pass, possibly under the supervision of a wizard. If I didn’t know better (and I don’t) I’d run screaming from my home and tell the world that this cable contains reverse engineered technology from recovered extra-terrestrial auto-car. I just can’t recommend this marvel of modern engineering enough.TL:DR - Yeah, it’s alright.

Strong connections to phone and USB port. Had to return due to my misjudgement on the length. Nothing wrong with the product that I could see during the short time I had this.

I bought a second a third cord to have spare but none of the new cables could hold the data connection with Android Auto, it just drops the communication and its frustrating. Now only works to charge. I had to use back my old cord to use Android Auto. I gave the cables away.

I was thrilled when Apple went to USB-C. This cable is very high quality, and works with my CarPlay every time.

My use case is a bit different, so this review is partly to help others with the same problem and partly a review of the product itself.I ordered this to use as a longer sub for the cord that comes with the Mistel Barocco split keyboard. The one that comes with the keyboard is considerably shorter. This cord works well as long as the Host connector is connected to the left side. It will not work in reverse.The cord itself seems decently built; it's not too thin and not too bulky. The coiling is a good touch; the added compactness works great for travel. The connectors wobble a bit, while the OEM cord doesn't, but I suspect that's because they're a little longer than the OEM cord. It's not a deal breaker because it's not affected functionality. Overall, it's a cord that transmits data and power like it's supposed to.

I purchased a coiled cable a year ago. Recently, I started to have connection issues with the cable. I contacted the seller to resolve under their 24 month warranty. Seller quickly replied and replaced the cable. Much appreciated!

Let me start with saying that I have been a long time supporter and user of Cable Creations products. They have been my go to for cables for the last 5 years! Sadly this cable is a dud. I decided to get it as a connection/charge cable for my Audi Q5 for my OnePlus Android phone. I wanted a coiled version because there would be less cable floating around in the cabin of the car and it would neat and tidy. The cable when plugged into the car did not enable the Android Auto when connected to my phone nor did it provide consistent charging for my phone. As soon as I went back to my original cable all was good again. Again I love their products but this cable ended up being a dud.

Exactly what i needed to plugged my I phone 15 pro into my car. works great with car play. the cable feel strong. It also work great to transfert pictures into my laptop.

The title says it all. That’s what I needed and I got it.

Still working great over half a year later, the coiled cord helps keep it out of the way.

This is the only cable which actually charges my phone when plugged into the Yamaha display on my e-bike. I've tried 3 others: One stopped working after a few trips the other two never worked, even though they were sold as charging cables.
