Excellent customer service
Great product, I sent this company a technical question before purchase and they came back promptly with a really detailed and very helpful reply. I bought the product and am very happy with it. Other similar products on Amazon do not include the inserts to take the screws, so would have been no use to me. Look no further and buy this!

Good quality
Good quality and fairly easy to fit. You obviously need a drill and appropriate drill bit along with a hammer to fit these. You also need to be sure there is a sturdy wooden section to fit the bolts into on each divan base at the ends of the links. Cut a cross in any fabric where you want to drill and fold back a little of the fabric or you will get it wound round the drill bit.

Probably my mistake but the details don't say anywhere that these are specific to one kind of divan bed clearly as they didn't work on any of mine so waste of time.
