I was amazed by how easy it was to do it your self.It took maybe 10 minutes.It works perfectly.. The charge last about 3.5 hours.It was so much cheaper than replacing the entire PC.I received a second battery a few days later for no reason I can think of. The 1st one works great.

I just received the battery today, but I can say that it was a perfect fit, and that it felt like the quality was better than the Toshiba battery it replaced. The original battery was no longer holding a charge so I took the chance that this battery would work. I was able to install it within a few minutes, let it charge up and then test to see that it was holding a charge. That is all so far, I have not been able to test battery life as it indicates the batter needs to charge for 12 hours before use. If anything else notable happens I will update here, but I am quite pleased with the purchase!

1st thing's 1st this thing was a fraction of the cost of the OEM replacement so manage your expectations.The item came packaged well and on time. Installation for me was pretty easy but I'm also an IT professional.Battery life is much better than the failing battery it replaced but honestly not as good as the brand new OEM battery.That being said, for the price you can't really go wrong with this battery

1. Correct size;2. Exact copy of original Toshiba battery;3. Fairly easy to remove old battery and install this one;4. Works.Be careful before you order that you have the correct one for your laptop. There are many similar looking batteries so be sure to verify computer model number, connection hardware fittings and/or size & specification.

I bought my Toshiba chromebook way back in 2015 from Amazon. This Toshiba chromebook has logged a tremendous amount of hours over the past 9 years and has never broke down. Recently the square touchpad stopped working correctly so now I need to use an electronic mouse to move the cursor around on the screen. In the summertime water condensation from my drinks would form on the cups I was using and it would drip off the cup onto the touchpad causing the touchpad to eventually malfunction.My Toshiba chromebook was using the original stock battery for 9 years. It was recently replaced with this new GHU battery from Amazon. The old battery would last about an hour at the most, it was pretty much shot and needed to be replaced.The installation of this new battery was very easy, no technical skill was required. I looked at a battery installation video on Youtube for my particular chromebook before starting this job. I also have a Hewlett Packard laptop with windows 10 that I purchased back in 2016 and that unit also had a defective battery that needed replacement, so I bough two new batteries. One thing I noticed is the cheaper the cost of these replacement batteries, the more complaints and low ratings I would see in the reviews, so I avoided the cheapest ones listed for replacement in my two laptop computers.The GHU battery came delivered almost fully charged and the battery life seems rather poor. I'm constantly recharging this new battery. For the money I spent I expected a better quality battery. This new battery is a huge disappointment.
