Plastic is very bad, the product is not working with it.My son's birthday was ruined by Amazon's product.Both of these devices are not working .The second product was a interphone, which also turned out to be very bad.

Very amicable & supportive seller.
I was buying it as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Initially I bought from a different seller but the remote was not working and hence I returned. So I did not have much time before Christmas to do one more exchange. On request this seller checked the toy and recorded video before packing. He WhatsApp that to me which gave me a peace of mind. He also sent the toy with my chosen colour.

Received faulty product
All the functions of the remote are not working. It is not moving forward or backward. Only the transformation feature is working from remote, hand gestures are not working for transformation as shown in one of the product videos.Edit: The battery quality is very poor. It lasts only about an hour, and became unusable within 15-20 days. Had to get another battery made from a local shop.

Worst product
The quality of the product is very poor. After opening the box, I took out the remote car from it but that car and remote both are not working at all. Amazon will lose its credibility by selling such defective goods.
