Adorable and fun.
While not the most scientifically accurate or high quality item, what do you expect out of a sub $20 stingray hat? It's cute. Also I have a 7 5/8" head and it fits pretty great. Go Rays!

Cheap
Too small for adult head and it was so contorted you couldn’t figure out what it was supposed to be. Returned.

Picture is VERY misleading!!!’
The picture is VERY misleading. There is a giant red mouth on the front that is not in the pictures. Stingrays do not have mouths on the front, nor do they wear bright red lipstick. I sent it back and was very disappointed.
