Overpriced flimsy pile of junk
At one time, Hon made quality file cabinets - this is a disgrace of its reputation. Sturdiness is weak and I doubt that it will hold a full drawer of files safely. Extremely thin metal and the roller assembly for the drawers might not last a year. From now on I will make my own or find a good old used Hon cabinet at a used furniture store.

Excellent Office File Cabinet
This lateral file cabinet is excellent. The drawers open smoothly and should be able to hold all of the files. The cabinet was delivered within 4 days of ordering by Ensenda, which is very fast because it was delivered 2 days before the estimated delivery date period even started! I am very happy with this product.

It's okay. Just "okay."
It's good for what we needed in our office, however, there are 2 draws that don't fit properly and tilt downward, making it difficult to hold the draws open while also filing papers into them. It does have a lot of room though. We did not contact HON or Amazon about the tilting drawers, too much hassle to do so. I've purchased many things from Amazon.com and personally, I think they are getting somewhat sloppy on their vendor quality requirements. This is the 3rd item we bought this year that has not been correct. Prior to this year, we NEVER had a problem with anything we bought at Amazon.

Never deal with this company. Severely damaged, unusable product. Refusal to pick up item.
Do not buy any products from Shoplet. I'm extremely disappointed that Amazon even permits them to sell items on their site. Horrible product and worse customer service. After more than a week, still not resolution.

Not Good as it looks.
I spent almost $500 on this product and I was very dis-opointedat the quality even it suppose to be good brand .The top drawer doesn't lock and you have to push hard tokeep it close to the close position.I honestly dont advisebuying this product its not good as it looks.

3 dings on the cabinet and drawers a little bent.
This is my 2nd try at a cabinet. I spent more this time and it still came with dings and drawers a little bent. The other was a cheaper brand but geez. This one too. Disappointed....
