Fantastic little headset
Item arrived quickly and in great condition. Kudos to the seller. Great headset for the money.Pros:-Cheap-Fully functional (it does what is says it does)-Easy to connect. I use an iPhone for a telephone, and an Android for a music player. I can connect to both simultaneously easily.-Great microphone quality. I was talking with my wife while working in my brother's basement one day. I left the house, drove to the local home improvement store, and we talked until her phone died. She didn't even know I was walking around.-Great reception-Great speaker quality/volume. It has 3 volume levels, so I just set my phones to max volume, and adjust with the little button on top.Cons:-Battery life. Standby is closer to 6-8 hrs. Talk or music time is more like 4. I would have preferred a device I could use all day and charge overnight. This will have to charge during my workday.-Switching back and forth between devices. When I'm connected to 2 devices and listening to my music device, a phone call comes in. The headpiece switches automatically to the phone. Great! When the call is done, it does not switch back to the music device. I wish it did that.Net: A great little device. Depending on how my new job goes, I may buy another so I can have it charging on my desk, and just swap them out at lunch time. It's also cool enough that my teen son got one. He loves it, too.

Won't charge, cheap earloop
I attempted to charge this headset using the cord provided the same day I received it. The blue light indicating it was charged never came on so I left it overnight (in the outlet I normally use for my phone charger, so I knew it worked.) The light still didn't come on so I tested it and it dies within 30 minutes. I attempted to charge it several more time using different outlets and different cords, the light still didn't come on. I tested it again, this time I tried to remove the earloop to move it to the other side and the loop snapped instead of coming off. I've had headsets before and never had a loop snap. Anyway it died again. I tried again to charge it, overnight and then attempted to move the earloop again. The second earloop snapped and it my no one could hear me, but I could hear them.I'm done, sending it back. I'm hoping this was just a dud, but I'm not taking a chance on getting another one.

A good headset, I recommend.
I like it, but it's not perfect. After my Samsung blutooth broke and Samsung refused to honor the warranty I thought I'd give this one a try.The sound quality isn't as good. Everything sounds a little "tinney", this is paticularily noticeable when using the headset as a media speaker in my ear. Calls seem to sound fine because the sound quality of a call isn't the good anyways. The controls aren't great. The single button just makes me a little unsure. Basically, just hold it down and wait for something to happen. But having an off switch, a connect button, etc, is better. It's not as comfortable as my old Bluetooth either. So is it bad? No, it works great! It's not the nicest Bluetooth but it is very functional and doesn't look too goofy. For the price, it is an excellent headset. You can get a more comfortable and better sounding set from SamsungĀ Samsung HM1900 Wireless Hands Free Bluetooth Headset (Promo w/USB) - Grey , but the ear pieces are notorious for snapping and Samsung does not warranty this.

Works well, and great for the price.
This works well and overall is comfortable considering I wear it hours a day while at work. I would have given it 5 starts but the clear rubber piece that is on the back rotates. When I first had this a few months ago it didn't move and stayed in my ear easily, but now that rubber piece rotates around easily and after putting this on my ear I need to readjust the rubber piece (while on my ear) so it will fit comfortably, and I need to redo this every single time I put the BT headset back on, which is really annoying. I bought a 2nd one for my wife and it worked well until she ran it over with the van or something, and it still worked for a week or two after. I bought her a replacement and the replacement had a different rubber piece on the back that funneled the sound directly into the ear and is a better fitting rubber piece than the one I received, so if you get the 2nd type rubber piece, I would have rated that a 5 start.

Not as terrible when you get used to it
You get what you pay for.Biggest negatives:1. The answer button is flush with the body of the headset. You cannot feel it. You just blindly push in different places until it finally presses in. Not as terrible when you get used to it, but this is a really bad design decision.2. The noise suppression is pitiful. Unless you are in a quiet room with no ambient noise, the poor person at the other end of your call will hear everything in addition to your voice. Talking if there is wind? Forget about it.3. Very little blue tooth range. If you are within a few feet of your phone, it won't stay connected. Plus, it won't automatically reconnect when back in range.Bottom line: Pay another $10 and get a better headset.

Great for the price
For the price you are paying this is a great bluetooth but it does have it's faults..but what can you reply expect with such a great low price?Pros:- Cheap- Looks nice- Comfortable- Good sound- Came on timeCons:- Sometimes makes a crackly noise when initially calling- Occasionally cuts out the first couple seconds when someone answers (this gets awkward when you don't hear the person answer the phone)- Sometimes I have clients complain about not being able to hear me well but I can't know for sure if this is the bluetooths fault or not- Can be annoying turning on/off or connecting to thingsOverall I would recommend this to anyone in need of a bluetooth who is looking to save money

Good sound, cheap plastic... depending of the one you receive
If you want a cheap headset but still want good sound I recommend it. And if I don't give 4 stars it is mostly because the plastic used to make this headset is very stiff. If you have very sensitive ears as mine you will find it hard and painful to keep it for long hours in your ear. The part that goes into your ear seems, to me, maybe a millimeter bigger than my other Plantronics, so it hurt after half an hour.I've tried it while driving and the sound is great, even with the window open. But again, because of the kind of plastic, when you want to press the button to answer, you have to press hard and hurt more your ear doing so, so the best is to answer with your phone button. But for the price it is a good deal, or if you want a spear one.I've used it for some weeks now and with the little silicon cover I can say that it's better, even if a little big. The sound is definitely great, but you don't have the option of having the voice command. But the battery is excellent and works for hours.I had to order another one because the first one didn't pass the test of the washing machine (forgot it in a pocket alas) and I should say that the second one is not as good as the first one. The sound is less clear and loud. Also the battery that use to last for hours or days if I didn't talk with it, is far less performant. So all in all if this one break I will try another brand.

Poor sound quality, loud button
My 5 year old Plantronics works better, the sound is clearer for the caller. This one sounds muffled. Pairing to two devices at once is nice though, but the sound quality is a deal breaker for me :(Furthermore, the button to turn on/off and take/drop calls is very loud. I keep the headset in my ear and press on it to answer or hangup a call, but the ultra loud CLICK hurts my ear and makes it ring for a while. Other headsets I tried had softer buttons, and this wasn't an issue.

Not good quality.
So I'm a bit disappointed about this product. It took a long time to set up. Both me and my CS husband had the instructions out and it wouldn't connect for a long time to my iPhone 5. It worked when connected but I'm afraid of switching it off and it never connecting again. Also, the sound quality is terrible. it sounds like the treble is way up. I was spoiled on my Bose headset and bummed i lost it because this is a most inadequate replacement. It also doesn't work the way they describe in the instructions (ie hold down for 7 seconds does NOT turn it off. I have no idea what does turn it off, but I'm annoyed at the prospect that I'll just have to have the stupid thing plugged in constantly when I'm not using it and be prepared for it to go down without warning when I am.

5-star reviews must have been paid, because this is garbage.
I can only assume the 5-star reviews received payment to lie. This is the worst headset I've ever used, and I've used plenty. The other end reports that I sound like I'm a mile away. I tested with a voice recorder and I can confirm, it's completely inaudible. I also can't hear them. I tried out listening to videos and music, and even with maximum volume I can barely hear anything. It's also very uncomfortable, the clip doesn't swivel so it jams against your ear at a horrible angle.Buy something else. Anything else.Only consolation is Amazon's excellent return policy. This POS is going right back.

I ended up dishing out over $70CAD at Staples for a better headset and the quality difference is huge
I learned my lesson. Don't buy cheap bluetooth headsets. I can hear okay when driving on city roads. However, when I'm driving down a highway at over 70k, I can't understand the person on the other end. I got this product a long time ago and haven't used it since testing it a few times.I ended up dishing out over $70CAD at Staples for a better headset and the quality difference is huge. I use this new device no problem all the time. In this case, price really determined the clarity of the earpiece.

You get what you pay for
Sound quality is okay. The mic is serviceable but a little on the quiet side. But the worst offender is the plastic piece that wraps around your ear. It can be a little uncomfortable, and very flimsy. All 3 of mine broke in less than a week. If you're not the gentlest person with your gadgets you might want to look for something a little more heavy duty, otherwise you get what you pay for with this.

They are good electronically, but poor on general utility In tota
NO GO !! Here is why: I have purchased 3 JEtech bluetooth earpiece devices in the past year, via amazon.ca. They are good electronically, but poor on general utility In tota, i am not satisfied because of the following:(1) The JeTech 0780 model did not work smoothly for multipoint ( more than one phone/device), Admittedly, the gel ear piece of this first model was good softgel & design, but the ear loop gave up and broke, within way less than one year.!! The size of the port was nonstandard, and could not order, a replacement ear hook for it.(2) The JeTech 0781 came with a hard earpiece, that hurt the ear. A total failure, & I had to return it right away, and got a refund for that one.(3) The Jetech 0782, was an excellent multipoint electronics piece - it functioned well for two phones, but for days, only !! as to my disappointment i had cheap brittle ear loops/ear hook, which upon trying to remove and swap for the other ear, it just broke at the port.!!The fact that the company had shipped this model with 2 spare ear-loops in the packaging ( and they also broke similarly within days to 2 weeks) is clear proof that they were cutting corners, and knew of the useless cheap brittle loops they had shipped, with the product. In general, WHAT A WASTE of a good electronic products, for REASONS, of too hard a plastic cone that goes in ear, or in the case of the 2 other models: brittle and quickly breakable ear loops, as they are being fitted to the ear port.Even after 3 weeks after i complained in writing via amazon to the company, and requested good quality ear-loops replacements, but to no avail. (They had requested pictures of the broken loops -- as if the pictures are going to show how brittle or not the ear-loops -- or as if they did not know the weakness of their product. !)To leave the customer out dry, with the headache of trying to search for matching ear-loops to their odd port sizes fro EBay, is a wild goose chase, to say the least. Furthermore, it can cost ALMOST AS MUCH as a new Jetech earpiece...I have now spent over 12 dollars on replacement ear loops, on Ebay, to try to compensate for their poor product line, so-far..Conclusion:Based on the UnCooperative reply of their Customer Service, I WOULD NOT PURCHASE their products again, before i can verify and test that they have actually improved their ergonomics and durability of both the ear gel part and the ear-loop.

which was nice. They came charged so I could use it ...
Bought because of the price. They came quickly after ordering, which was nice. They came charged so I could use it right away. When I used it the 1st time, there was some interference (I was picking up someone on either a cordless phone or cb radio - we live close to a highway), but it's been clear since.it was quick and easy to sinc up with my phone., but I have to re-add it to my phone every time I use it. It plays music fine, but it's not the greatest quality sound. All in all, considering what I paid for this ($14.99), it's a good product.

Works fine. Sound quality just OK.
Headset works well. The instructions on how to use it are clear. It holds a good charge. The sound quality is very mediocre, though. It's not echoey, but it's quiet and muddled sounding, a bit.The fit on the one-size-fits-all ear peice isn't great, either, and I found that it fit even worse without the rubber ear bit on the headset. You get what you pay for - it's a functional, OK headset.

good unit
Great unit. Easily paired with my phone. It sits comfortably over ear. Purchased to replace an old unit(different type), Unable to quickly install over ear when phone rang. If you intend to install over ear for long periods, I recommend it. If it is only a guick slip over the ear when phone rings, it didn't work well for me. Maybe because of my glasses.

Confusing Instructions and Chord too Short
Instructions are confusing as heck when they tell you how to turn it on and then tell you to hold the power button for 7 seconds to connect to Bluetooth. It does not say to turn the device off beforehand and then hold down the power button. Charging chord is too short and will require me to purchase a longer chord for it.

Simplicity at it's very best!
This headset works great! So good in fact, makes me wonder why I haven't used one of these before. Very easy to use too! For that price, I kind of expected a cheap product but not so here. The people I call or leave voice mails to, tell me I sound a lot clearer now that I'm using my headset. Sounds a lot better on my side as well.

Cant give it a good review if its main function is more or less ...
Its ok but people complain they can barely hear me often. Cant give it a good review if its main function is more or less crap. Otherwise good tho easy to connect. Decent volume

Great Mic and Earphone but with fragile weak Ear Hook
The Mic and Headphone are of great sound quality .... The main weakness is the ear-hook that breaks too easily. Device come with 3 of them and they barely last a couple of months. The hooks are not sold separately so I had to buy another ear phone

Poor ear attachment quality rendering the product useless.
While the Bluetooth itself works very well and doesn't seem like a $17 product, the over the ear attachment is complete garbage. JE Tech sends you 3 attachments just in case they all break and they DO, all 3 of the attachments broke within a month of use which makes the product useless. Would like to get my money back.
