Next Generation Streamer Flies - Fish-Skull Assortment (12 Flies)

I have not fished with these flies yet but I really like the look and selection of this set.These are very well made and look to be killer for fishing. I was worried they might be too heavy but after holding them they are definitely not. I have some bead head buggers that are heavier than these that cast fine with my 5 wt. line and rod.I will definitely update after fishing with these but first impressions are optimistic.***Update***I finally fished with some of these flies and can share my experience.I first used the olive super bugger and my fly was sinking too fast. Switched over to the crafty deceiver in white chartreuse and sped up my retrieve. Nailed two large rock bass in the next 10 minutes. They completely swallowed the fly. I only spent about an hour fishing in a couple of spots and really liked the flies. I will continue to update while using these flies. They do sink pretty good so I may have to switch from a small stream to a river or over to the local lake.

All I have to say is I'm going to buy more of these streamers. It's well tied and the pattern drives the fish crazy. My son and I had used all of patterns at one of nearest lake that have stocked bows and bass. And it does not disappoint. It held up to strikes after strikes by big 20"-25" Rainbows and 5lbs large mouth bass. After use we just let it air dried and all sprung back like brand new, well except for a few missing feathers. But who cares, we put it to use.

I am very happy with how they look in the water and quality. I used a few of the fish-skull today on a trout fishing trip. I caught multiple fish on the supper bugger brown and the forage fly tan. They held up well. After drying they still look like new. I cant wait to try out the rest. If they do as well I’ll up my rating to 5 stars.

I like the style of flies, but they did not hold up real well when I was pursuing inland stripers - casting and the fish torn these things apart. For the price, I expected a product that would stand up to the elements. Needless to say, I haven't tried every single fly sent, but I will update the review if I perhaps was only working w/ some some flukes (no pun intended).

High Quality assortment! I enjoyed using a couple flies out of the box. I caught some good largemouths with them. I look forward to using all of them. The flies look very well made
