Please understand folks, You are not buying this for the flavour!This is food in it's basic form without all the muck and sugar that would make it taste amazing.This is more a medical product for you to add to your meals so you get more fibre.I got this for "my friend" who is suffering with Hemorrhoids. He informs me that the increased fibre has helped with his problem.I add this to my morning porridge and my green smoothies, Don't eat it on it's own!

Quality product
I use these to give my dog added fibre to his diet; they are organic and dont contain anything harmful

I really wanted to like this but it's not nice.
I've been trying to find alternatives to cereal for breakfast, usually have wheat based products or eggs but wanted more fibre so tried this. The product is actually very honest - it is what it is and if you want a high fibre bran breakfast this might be just what you're looking for with no added sugar etc but for me, the taste and texture wasn't nice. I suspect the Amazon box it came in might have tasted nicer.I feel mean leaving a 2 star review just because I didn't like it, but I think you'd need to be a very dedicated healthy eating devotee to enjoy this, or mix it with fruit or maple syrup which defeats the objective of eating it in the first place.

A godsend for diabetics
I have the dreaded diabetes and avoid sugar at every opportunity. Every other bran I have tried has sugar, this doesn't. If I need a little sweetness (the flavour isn't fabulous but that's just bran) I can add a sugar replacement or fruit. I think this is wonderful and makes a huge difference to my digestive process ('nuff said).

It's not everyone's thing, but if you like simple plain ol' bran, you won't be disappointed.

Utterly flavourless
Cheaper than All Bran for a reason! No flavour whatsoever, and weird texture too - seem to dissolve into nothing in the mouth. Really disappointed, and other supermarket own brand versions of this are much better.

I wanted high fibre food and this is great. it is cheap, bland and disappointing but did have fibre.
