The FIDIC Form of Contract
An interesting book, with a complete analysis of the FIDIC forms of contracts, clause by clause, The forms of contract are compared one another, and there is also a section on DAB. As a negative note, the beautifully bound cover is loosing its color and staining my desk!.

Must have for contract specialists
If you deal with contracts, contract drafting, dispute avoidance or resolution, or arbitration / mediation, this is an essential reference.

Most information is for FIDIC IV
I purchased this book particularly for getting information on the new FIDIC standard forms of contract which were published 1999. The book basically treats FIDIC IV which was the contract form before 1999. Only very few parts contemplate the FIDIC red, yellow and silver books. Unfortunately there is very little additional information and the FIDIC Contracts Guide appears to contain more information. For engineers having enough money to spend on that kind of literature and having interest in the FIDIC background it is still a valuable investment.

Expensive
Unfortunately as with many FIDIC publications it is unjustifiably and vastly overpriced. Find a used copy.
