Omnicharge 60W USB-C Power Bank – Omni 20 USB-C – High Powered Battery Pack for Laptops, Phones & More

I was hopeful, but ultimately disappointed with this device. I plugged it in to the wall with my Macbook Pro charging cable, and it would not charge beyond the first few seconds. Then it would discharge rapidly, from the display presumably. I would plug it in at night, and in the morning it was empty. A dud, I guess. I tried with with other USB-C cables and wall adapters, different wall sockets.. no joy. Also, I was annoyed it comes with no wall adapter of it's own, and one must pay extra for a case, and I found the item's packaging excessive.

The battery wasn't working for me upon purchase - I couldn't get it to re-charge. Contacted customer service, but they wouldn't call me back. Had to correspond through email, which proved slow and difficult. So, I just returned the Omni 20.

After a bit of persistence, got through to customer support. In the end, a good support experience has left me fully satisfied with product. Set battery limits so unit does not charge 100%. Make sure display and sleep modes are set. May need calibration by running unit down to 0% capacity and then full recharge (to get percentage of battery life remaining to display correctly).

I have quite a few batteries including Anker, Ravpower and Batpower. However, I've found the Omnicharge to be the most informative, durable and reliable battery on the market. I purchased the device to charge my Lenovo yoga 920, Google Pixel 3 XL along with my Jabra elite T65. This charger was able to charge them all in a little over 2 hours from everything being completely dead. Having the advantage to use this unit as a hub is awesome. Passthrough charging capability and TSA approved makes this unit a perfect traveling companion. Knowing how much power you have left and charging time is awesome. And, you can recharge the battery in a little over 2 hours, that's amazing. Intelligent read out informs you on the exact wattage your device is charging. I would have liked to see this unit have a wireless charging option. And, for the price it would have been nice to have added a protective case/cover like your competition. Overall, this is an great product and I would recommend anyone reading this to purchase it. One word of advice... Make sure you purchase the right Omnicharge for you. They also have a AC/DC unit for about $249. and the same unit that has a bundle package for$299. This package comes with host of connector.

after few week i have tested 2 omincharge power bank. every time i charge the input charge keep saying 0w and the output say 7w with out plugging any devices. this is a bad product and need to refund.

Omni 20 USB-C Power Source: A great battery -I have a MacBook Pro 15”, iPad Pro 11”, iPhone XS Max, earbuds, and other electronic gear. With the addition of the iPad Pro, I started searching for a mobile power source with USB-C capability. A the end of a long search, I decided the Omni20 had the most features with the most power, compact size, and at best price.With two USB-C ports up to 60W output, and two USB-A, PD enabled, and OLED screen, I was quite impressed with the specs on paper, but even more so once I got it in hand. When it arrived, it had about 20% power. I read the directions, charged to 100% and calibrated, and it has been performing flawlessly.Without question, the Omni20 is the best power bank that I researched, and I looked at quite a few. The Omni20 has no problem charging my gear and has become my primary mobile power source. I highly recommend the Omni20, and would certainly buy it again!

So far my experience with the battery bank was beyond my expectation.First, the color is very unique. It is similar to an old school ThinkPad laptop. Not slippery and easy to handle.The size and weight is perfect. I like the square design and right angle edges allow more options to position it.The scree to monitor the stats and change settings is amazing. Easy to use and very useful. Also, it is nice that i can turn it off.One important setting is the min and max on the charge. You can set it up no to discharge below 20% and and not charge above %80. Just this setting will double the lifetime of the battery cells.

I have had the Omnicharge 20 now for a few months and use it constantly when traveling. When I'm in the office I use it as the intermediary between the Apple charger and the laptop so that I can also charge my iPad/iPhones and it works great. When traveling for work it is fantastic in the airport or client site when I need some extra power to get through the day. It would be nice to get an even bigger battery pack inside it to fully charge my 15" MacBook Pro as well as iPads and iPhones, but that's asking too much. The size of the device is wonderful, not too heavy. The build is very solid; holding it and using it you can feel the time that went into R&D.Very happy with this, and actually get the Omnicharge 20C+ so I can add wireless charging and also the A/C outlet which were the missing features from this I wished for!
