I would have never thought I'd ever write a review for a Dustpan and Brush, however, this one deserves one as this is the absolute best Dustpan and Brush I've ever owned.Very well made, very functional as it does a great job of picking up small particles that don't get caught underneath the pan like most I've used.Also has plastic ridges built into the pan so that if one has picked up something like dog hair, the Brush can be brushed against these ridges to release the dog hair...picking off the dog hair by hand is not necessary with this set.It is cleverly designed as the brush fits sideways into the pan holder and sits flat atop.Look like it will last several years.I give this 5 Stars as I have never seen better and I think the R&D department deserves credit for wearing their thinking cap when designing this.

To be honest, when I opened the package, I was not happy. The broom was smaller than I had expected and the bristles were slightly far apart, which I assumed would affect how well it picked up small stuff. Fear not! this broom is awesome. Doesn't miss a bit of dust when I sweep, it's compact, light and inexpensive!Despite other reviews, I have found the bristles to be quite sturdy, and the rubber lip on the dustpan works great. No issues with tearing, cracking, or dirt getting swept underneath. Not sure who is sweeping up concrete, but for a house broom, this works perfectly!One side note: If you are buying this for the bristle comb, rethink your purchase. The comb doesn't work the greatest, but that wasn't really a selling point for me.

It's a little small and the brush could be a little stronger. Other than that, it does an adequate job. The rim is nice and flat so dust doesn't go under it. The brush snaps in nicely so when I put it on a hook, I don't have to worry about the brush popping off like on another one I bought. It's like they say, they don't make them like they used to. I has a GREAT set from about 15 years ago. Don't know where I got it, but it was quite a bit wider and the brush was strong. Dropped it recently and the tray cracked, so I had to replace it. Looking online everywhere, they don't seem to make them that size or with strong brushes anymore.

Call me a rebel but I did it and I own it.This dustpan is pretty legit, though. Rubberized handles, snug fit for the brush in the pan, and a rubber lip on the dustpan. Plus it looks like it can hold 2-3 cups of waste material. "Two to three cups? That's it?" you might say. If you have more than 2-3 cups of waste on your floor I strongly urge you to buy a vacuum and determine the source of your excessive debris problem.In short, it's a dustpan and brush and it works. Buy it and revel quietly in your dustpan superiority.

I was very upset to go to purchase a Rubbermaid dustpan, only to find out that there is NO rubber in them anymore. I refused to buy their expensive plastic version so looked further and found this one. I have to say, I had my doubts. That is why I have always stuck with Rubbermaid.I took a chance and bought this one. Was I ever surprised at the well built quality of this Casabella dustpan. You all know how long plastic ones last. They don't. But this one is different in how they made it and its materials. It is strong and durable and the lip is very fine. So fine that I can pick up all the dust from drilling a anchor hole in my wall. I didn't even want the brush when I went to buy it, only a good dustpan that would last. But the brush is decent also and I have found myself reaching for it and it works very well for fine stuff also.Bottom line? From this "only Rubbermaid will do" kind of woman, I love this new dustpan and brush.

A couple years ago I bought a dust buster vacuum just to have something that I could quickly clean up a small spill or a little touch up on the floors. Well, that turned out to be a bad decision. The battery in that thing failed miserably after just over a year, even though I didn't even use it that much. So this time around I decided to go the manual route and get a dustpan and brush. I wanted something compact that could store easily and get the job done. This set is perfect. The brush bristles are the perfect rigidity to sweep up a spill but soft enough to not damage my hardwoods or allow debris to crawl under them when sweeping. The dustpan holds plenty of debris thanks to its large capacity. The handle stores easily inside the dustpan and fits nicely in the corner of my pantry. A great solution for someone that likes to keep his floors clean without having to breakout the full size vacuum all the time.

The following review is based on the incredibly low expectations one might experience when shopping for something as mundane as a dustpan.I really like this dustpan. It's made of a thick plastic, does not feel at all flimsy. The accompanying brush is very nice, has think bendy bristles that sweep very well. The brush also has a very pointy edge to get dirt out of corners. The dust pan itself has teeth on the upper lip? Rim? . . . Mezzanine? . . . Anyway it's got these teeth that comb out all that gross pet fluff and dust bunnies off of your broom.There it is, my opinion on a dustpan, I'm that guy apparently.

The handle doesn’t stay with the pan which means this has to be stored horizontally which is painful and frustrating. For this price - avoid. I’m going to have to buy a new dustpan and brush from somewhere else which for this price inlaid for this one is unacceptable.

Product of inferior quality and not Casabella brand. Not sturdy. Brush bristles disintegrated and started falling off. Poor quality. Product doesnt resemble even close to the one uploaded by seller in product description page.

not proper bristle brush, just nylon singed off, useless, does brush dirt up. Handle of brush does stay in the dustpan so falls apart.

Finally! A dustpan and brush that actually work. The rubber strip that meets the floor does so with full contact so every tiny sliver of broken glass and particle of dust brushes off the floor and into the dustpan. Rugged and well designed, I would definitely recommend this dustpan and brush set.
