I bought this kit for my niece when she was visiting and she did one, her mother did one and I did one. There was enough sand for all three of us, although if you use a lot of one color, someone else may not get to use much of it, so plan on trying to share equally. It was not messy, although we put down foil on the table, we didn't need to - nothing to clean up! Use the funnel and just cut a small slit in the corner of each bag and pour that way. I didn't think the green stick did much good - it's suppose to make swirls or pull up sand, my 8 year old niece was much better than her 30+ year old aunt at that! Go figure! Anyway, it was fun, she enjoyed it, I enjoyed it and they are very pretty too look at. High quality products!

I used them for light weight potion bottles. Got a ton of compliments on them.

Wanted to send my nephews some things to keep them busy (and out of mom's hair) during quarantine. They are both age 4. This was a great gift. They loved getting to play with the sand and make their own art. Comes as advertised. They get to do 3 sand bottles. Good variety of colors. Good product overall and would recommend

Fun little activity to keep the kids busy, work in turn taking and fine motor skills. Several bottles included and plenty of sand. Only one funnel so kids have to take turns.

This is a cute set for a reasonable price. My kids each got a kit and had fun creating them. However, there is precisely enough sand to slightly underfill each jar. You can’t fill them to the cork, and there’s no extra sand to allow flexible colors choices or if a jar tips and the sand were to spill. No margin for error. Otherwise a fun, quick craft.

I bought these for my niece as a potty-training reward. She is into all things art and this was an activity that did not dissapoint. She was very excited to do the activity and now she has a neat little decoration that will be a memory of an activity she did with her Uncle. Great quality product as per usual with Melissa & Doug.

This product is very good and works well as a gift, delivery was fast. The only issue I had with this was a slight rip in the corner of the box but this is likely a delivery issue which couldn’t have been prevented.

Bit higher priced. Great activity for kids but lasts only for 2-3 sittings.

Brought as a gift I am sure that my grand daughter will love it
