I love this product! It was so easy to install and makes such a lovely addition to the shower! It functions as promised and even rotates using a ball joint so that you can have the spray at just the right angle. Easy to use and the convenience of the long sprayer cord for washing my dog is fantastic. Buy it you’ll love it and I researched so many competitors before deciding on this sprayer, so I feel I speak with authority!

It's a nice handheld shower head. Easy to install. It is not 100% metal but for the price I'm happy with it.

I finally installed my new shower head with what was in the box. Very straight forward, easy. I bought the shower head specifically to wash my 4 year old 100 lb Bouvier des Flandres (big fluffy black dog). Previously I used a hose that attached temporarily which finally failed. After installing I did not test the shower head. I wrestled Bruges into the bathtub and plopped on the side with a wooden stool to keep him in. First I covered him in a mix of dog conditioner, shampoo and warm water from a pitcher, scrubbed til foamy:) and then... I turned on the shower head.Life Lesson- One should always check after installing a plumbing fixture. So water poured from the showerhead AND both ends of the hose. The ceiling, wet, the floor wet, the walls, wet, the human, very wet and the dog RINSED CLEAN, because if I had stopped to determine the problem I would never have gotten him back in the tub.I toweled off the dog, put him outside in the sun to dry and went online, while still soaked to the skin, to find out what might have caused my Niagra Falls problem. Taking apart the hose, no washers. I looked in the original box, no washers. I emailed the company. They got back to me almost immediately (next AM) and overnight I have washers.Shower head is beautiful, flow choices more than adequate for my needs. It works perfectly now and has NO escaping water except where it is supposed to, from the shower head. Great purchase, great quality, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My bathroom is REALLY clean and so is the dog and so am I.

To manufacturers: Want me to review your items? Just let me know!Tale of two different shower heads that I must tell. The first ShowerMaxx head showed up. Came packaged well and the instructions seem clear enough but could be confusing for someone not used to doing a little bit of their own plumbing. I did find that the flow restrictor and rubber washer instruction seemed to be backwards, although I didn't go back and verify it. This isn't a huge deal as it's relatively obvious what needs to occur. I also seemed to be missing a rubber washer although that may have been something that dropped out of the box if it was loose, It isn't as durable or as heavy as I was hoping so I was a bit concerned. The light weight material did cause problems for me. It does come with a small supply of teflon tape but I use my own. The first attempt at installing was an exercise in frustration. I'm not sure if it was a defect in the the shower mount (part that holds the wand) portion or if I simply applied too much torque but at first install, the shower mount section leaked badly and sprayed water. I tried tightening it and the threads of the mount stripped very quickly and was rendered immediately useless, leaking just as badly without the option for further tightening.A bit frustrated, I contacted the company. Their customer service was excellent which was/is a pleasant surprise. Must be a small company but they immediately apologized for the issue and while I was only asking for a new shower mount portion, after a couple of days and entirely new wand assembly showed up Same instructions but this time both rubber washers were in the bag and secured. Using my own plumbers tape and ensured a good clockwise winding for a good seal and carefully attached the shower assembly, tightening slowly to ensure I didn't strip the threads again. This time, the install went perfectly, took no more than 5 minutes and zero leakage.I wouldn't consider this a high end unit but my daughter loves it and it's relatively inexpensive, light weight and the settings work well. Best of all, the customer service took what would have been a two star rating, and made it a four. Nice to receive timely answers and support.As far as ordering this product again, I would probably for an inexpensive addition but not for an upscale bathroom. It's perfect for a guest bathroom in my opinion. Finish is good and the hose is a good length. It is lighter weight. As a bonus, my wife now uses it to give the dog a bath and he loves it.

Let me start off by saying I don't usually leave a lot of product reviews but I felt compelled to leave a review on this ShowerMaxx - 6 Spray Setting Luxury Shower Head. I am not much of a handy man but this was super easy to install, took just about two minutes from start to finish. I did remove the flow restriction component which was easy to do. Let me preface this by saying the shower head I had prior to this was just a trickle which I wasn't sure if it was because of the shower head I had or the water pressure to the house. Turns out it was just the old shower head that was the problem because I replaced it and let me tell you, what a simple, inexpensive, life changing experience! It literally is a 500% difference in water pressure. It looks great and functions very well! If I were to write something negative I would say that I was under the impression that it would have come with plumbers tape but it did not. Which is not a big deal because I installed it without plumbers tape for now and it works great without (will buy some and reinstall it later). Also, when you switch settings on the shower head there is a small amount of water that trickles out of the jets that are not supposed to be used during that particular function that was selected. Not a big deal though. Also, my drains were not used to that much water so there was a small amount of backup in the shower drain but not a fault of the shower head, just poor drainage which I will rectify myself with a snake or some liquid chemicals. So far this is a brand new product for me so we will see how it holds up over time. I hope this helps you in your decision making process. I would recommend this to everybody!
