Easy to assembly and sturdy when put up. I can fit alot more in it than I thought. Only down fall is that the lid is not attached but it doesn't effect it at all. And it looks lovely.

It'll do the job, though putting the thing together was a bit of an ordeal. The wood is cheap, and filled with gaps (as per the image). At several times during putting it together it really felt like the wood was just going to break where the parts were such a tight fit. Speaking of which, one of the promotional images shows the bag being removed. Being almost impossible to put on the first time around, the bag will forever remain fixed on this. When we first put it together, we realised the handles were in the wrong place, slightly off center, so needed to deconstruct it and start again. during this process it became obvious that this would lack longevity. The bag is slightly off center but we have given up with trying to fix this, as there's no east way to adjust this. Just a little bit of elasticity would have been a great help. Finally, the lid doesn't really sit well, with gaps between the lid and the basket. There is no guide for the lid to sit snug, it's just a monolithic plank. One of the promo pics showed several objects stored on top of the lid, however due to the cheap fragile wood, I would not trust storing anything on it. We were torn between this and another basket, and eventually settled on this one. In hindsight, that was a regrettable decision.

my initial reaction was to return it as I thought it was not stable, but i decided to keep it after replacing the cardboard base with 20mm ply..
