It keeps getting better
After Bendis phenomenal run it was hard to believe that it could get better, or that could just be of the same quality. I initially kept reading because I saw that Michael Lark was taking over as artist. But the reason I stuck with it was that Brubaker quickly manifests himself as one of the best writers Daredevil ever had. The issues are real page turners and the dialogues are sharp.

Brubaker mai decepciona
Sòlid, interessant, intrigant, ben elaborat, evocacions gràfiques al Daredevil de Miller.... I gir argumental sorprenent, encara que el final sigui peculiar o em costi de pair

The Devil is Caged!!
Ed brubaker's first collection of his run on daredevil follows events after Matt Murdock has been aprehended, and incarcerated under accusations of being daredevil. This leads to several events of conspiricy, betrayle, manipulation and vengeance, collecting trough two main stories "the devil in cell block D" and "the devil takes a ride". Matt Murdock has been forced to embrace his more aggressive side in order to survive, as well as let out some serious steam, all the while trying to dive to the bottom of a mystery that will see him in Monaco, as well as dealing with a mysterious "replacement dareveil". A worthy read with top quality art and story telling as well as amazing handling of dardevil and his Entourage of allies and vicious enemies. A highly recommended read for any comic fan, and a fantastic demonstration of talent and imagination by Brubaker's and Michael lark!

Hervorragend

Probably as good a comic series as we will ever get.
No Spoilers contained in this comment.Firstly - it does help if you start with the Frank Miller Omnibus and work on from there. I know it's a few quid, but it is definitely worth it both for the background story that is referenced throughout the later series.Secondly, whilst why Miller rightly deserves the credit for redefining Daredevil as a modern hero and setting the groundwork for those that have followed, I have to say that of those that have followed Brubaker and Lark upped the ante with both remarkable graphics and story telling. Their series is told in a very tight, concise manner, with a wonderful minimalist use of wording - I never quite realised just how much could be told without a single word being written. This is probably the finest Comic Series I have read.
