I have to say that the customer service here is fantastic. Although unfortunately one out of the 10 plates was delivered contaminated, the staff made the fix very quick. The reason I gave this 5 stars was because the other 9 plates were great, and Mike was super helpful in processing the refund. Also, the contamination was on no fault of their own, so I recommend ordering from here!

These plates worked great. I used them for an outreach science activity with high school students. We swabbed surfaces and then streaked the plates. The kids loved the activity. The plates grew lots of colonies. I love that they have such a long shelf life and don't require refrigeration.

Product arrived contaminated, the entire shipment was thus unusable. Moreover, the vacuum process crushed several of the plates.
