I wanted to be able to see outside my front door windows and see who's outside without them seeing me. Well, doesn't work for that, so installed a second layer over the first. That worked. Hate to have to use double the material, but gotta do what you gotta do to make it work. Black/Silver

I put this up on an interior office window to provide a bit of privacy. Works great.

I am 7 months pregnant and was able to install, took me a little longer because our window is sectioned but wasn’t too bad, I just prefer for the tint to be darker

This product arrived on time. It took me a week to learn how to apply it. I applied it to all the windows and each time the cut was off; I didn’t mind as much and it worked really well for about a week before there was bubbling up and then the heat started to crack the edges. I assumed that the reduction in 90% UV was due to mirror reflective effect; but it looks like this film absorbed some of the heat on the edges and didn’t take. Shortly after noticing the hardening, the film got stiff and started peeling off two of the windows. I’m disappointed in this and am taking advantage of the 30 day return policy for the remaining film. What I will admit is that this film roll does go on forever. I partly wanted to reapply after pulling it down, but then realized how much time I put into putting it up the first time.Edit: The customer service was great and they gave me a full refund. I may go with this company again in the future and will hire someone for the install.

It works well for keeping your room cool, my room went from extremely hot to cool. The outside of the windows look like reflections so it ensures privacy.

Roll was longer then needed removing excess before installing was rather difficult. Application was easy but using the soapy water made smoothing took longer to accomplish due to the soap bubbles.

Love it block the sun and you cant see inside the house.

Being in North Texas, I was hopeful this would help keep upstairs cooler. I really haven't noticed a difference since installing 6 rolls on our larger windows. I was truly hopeful but I haven't noticed much of a difference. In the end, it's just that; okay.....

A lot of people go into this product without doing their homework.There's an excellent tutorial for putting up this film on youtube by Bunnings Warehouse, if you follow the steps that provides you're going to have no trouble. It's a project putting it up, set aside some time to do it properly and you won't have any problems.1) Clean your windows-people complaining about it not sticking are people who skipped this step2) spray it generously with the baby shampoo / water mix3) push out with your squeegee and keep at it like a perfectionist with an old plastic card4) trim with a handled razor5) laugh at the people outside who can't see you during the day6) close the blinds at night because that's how light works it will pass through at night don't complain

I purchased 4 rolls to put in my sunroom. I installed to all my windows and had to remove about one day later. One of my window cracked. My windows are thermos windows that I purchased In 2017. I removed all the the films and sent in a box. I should not be charged for the product. I’m trying to get help from Amazon but cannot contact them. Disappointed with Amazon service. I should not be charged for the films. I have to replace the cracked window

Neighbours next door have contractors who were creepily looking into the windows of our building. My daughter was more than a little unnerved so we grabbed this stuff. Goes up REALLY easy. No messy glue, nothing.Cut to size, spray the window with water that has a few drops of dish soap in it, put up the tint, spray the back of the tint, use a credit card to push out bubbles, clean up the water with a rag.... youre done. thats it.

First install on a small window. Used lots of water and went fine. Still up a week later. It is a little darker than hoped for and also creates some view distortion. Definitely keeps the solar radiation down and as stated, very transparent at night. Am worried about bird injuries, hitting the window encouraged by reflection, but so far so good. All considered, for me curtains will be a preferred option, providing screening options for day and nighttime and optimizing view if wanted.

Full disclosure....I install window film professionally!Product is decent for the price!I install expensive stuff that is a bigger pain than this product.It’s thick which makes for an easier install.Before I was even done the heat from the sun was significantly less. There’s a slight blue to it.It’s oddly rolled ‘backwards’ from most products.First full pic is no film...second is with film.FYI....READ & FOLLOW THE ENCLOSED INSTRUCTIONS!!!!They will help....seriously!!
