Amazing. First time i ordered 1 and now 2 more, so i can have them in 3 shoes at the same time. I ordered first one 1 year ago, and for a year i had forgotten what pain in my legs and feet feels like. I worked at a fast production line, and they were a life saver. The first 2 days it was painful, my feet were adjusting to the support... And after that- my legs and feet felt amazing. Changed jobs now and work in a care home... Wear them every day at work my feet are happy. One day last week i went to work and 3 hours in my ahift my feet were killimg me.... My legs were in pain... So i thought - what is happening i haven't felt pain in a year... Something must be wrong.. So i took my shoes off and realised i had forgotten to put the insoles in this pair.... Then i realised even more how amazing they are and how much they help everyone who works on their feet!! Ordered 2 more now, so i can have them in 3 pairs of shoes so i never forget to put them on. Sometimes we get so used to feeling the pain in our legs and feet, that we forget we are hurting. These insoles have changed everything for me. 12 hour shifts on my feet, i go home and they are not tired at all! Highly recommend

These were the best ever insole I got for uneven arches. I got them about three years and I should have bought more. The first time I wore them one of my feet hurt and I almost removed them. I stuck with it for three more days and suddenly had no pain. I then figured that this corrected my arch and possibly the bones that has fallen inwards. They really supported both my feet really well and the structure took a really long time to sort of flatten. But even when I three them away the structure was still good just the cotton or synthetic upper material had worn off and wasn't pretty any more. But I'm really keen to get them again cos the pair I bought as replacement is not as good

I have found these very supportive for my plantar faciitis. However, I did need almost a whole size larger shoe even where the the shoe insoles can be removed. It depends on the shoes, for the wide fitting shows, a half size is probably ok, but for a narrow shoe, either a whole size or choose a less thick orthotic solesThey are a bit expensive, quite firm but are well made, I have found them comfortable similar to the arch on a Birkenstock but if not used to orthotics, then a less thick slight less firm sole might suit better.

I have been wearing orthotic insoles for about 16 years, both off-the-shelf and bespoke. These were too soft for me. I tried them just on the floor, not in a shoe and my flat foot compressed the arch support easily, without applying my full weight. They might work better in a shoe, but despite ordering the recommended size, they would need cutting down to fit, but I didn't want to risk it as I was fairly certain they wouldn't be supportive enough for me. Have returned them.

I work in a busy bar, and have collapsed arches. I bought these based on the reviews and hoping that they would relieve foot pain during and after a shift. However, after using them for just week, they’ve gone straight in the bin.Not only were they not helping my feet, they were making the pain unbearably worse. I tried going with them for as long as I could, thinking that they needing breaking in, softening, moulding ect. But they were causing too much discomfort. The arch is located in the wrong place, too far back which meant my arches weren’t actually supported, so they hurt, and the back of my feet as they were being pushed out of place. They fit my shoes perfectly so I know that the size was right. The lump in the middle also left actually bruises on my feet!!!!!!!!! So buying others from somewhere else.

Nice padding giving overall cushioning. The arch support is great as I over pronate. The raised lumps under the bases of the metatarsals was weird at first, but you get used to it and it appears to help....

Deze steunzolen geven mij een betere ondersteuning dan mijn dure podo-zooltjes! Daar ben ik heel blij mee. Vooral de verhoging onder de voorvoet doet mij goed, omdat ik nogal eens last heb bij de aanzet van de tenen. Ze passen ook goed in al mijn sneakers.
