When I opened the shipping envelope and saw PAKISTAN I nearly did not open it and return it. Pakistan Steel is the cheapest and softest material there is . I only opened it to see what it looked like and wished I would have not even done that. This steel is so soft it cannot be sharpened (nor was this sharp)(and cannot be sharpened) and is NOT worth your money or time. If you want a similar item go to the local convenience store on the corner and spend less money and get the same thing. The only things I saw positive about this knife it is pretty. (kind of) and the mechanics of the knife seem good. Otherwise do NOT waste your money!!! It should me mandatory the country of origin put on the description within the view on the website. If that would have readily available for me to see I would have known NOT to purchase it and waste my money.

So first off let's get the cat outta the bag, it is NOT damascus. If you look where the knife folds and on the edge, there is no pattern. Not to mention if you follow the pattern to the edge you can see it is etched in and fades. I want a damascus pretty bad and this was pretty disappointing. Next I got mine with a small chip in the edge, not a major issue. Then if I look down the spine I can see a slight warp. Again nothing major. Last of the cons of this knife is on the seams of the different material on the handle, they didn't take the time to smooth it out the best. It rubs your hand raw if you're really working. Other than that, it is a pretty knife, and would make a great gift. The sheath seems to be of ok quality too. For what you get and the craftsmanship of it, it is an ok value, $20 would be more suiting

I bought this as a birthday present for my stepfather who enjoys his collection of pocket knives and the reaction upon opening was very good! This seems very well put together, comes with a leather case to attach to belt that also seems very nice. I personally think it’s very beautiful, reminded me of one that my grandfather had when I was little. I don’t know all the technical terms but it is appealing to look at and durable. Honestly I would and probably will buy again.

The knife is very nice, came in a plastic wrap oiled as not to rust, the case looked nice but within a couple of days of using the belt thru case (belt goes thru loop with rivet holding the loop) the rivet pulled thru. Had to get it repaired within one week of having it.

This knife came damaged and nasty smelling oil all over it not impressed and its notnthe right sheath for it

This is a well made and beautiful Damascus knife. I highly recommend this knife, also very affordable.
