I've been looking for this type of glove for awhile. It seemed like they were sold as singles for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised when I found a set of 2 pairs at a great price!

I use these gloves to prevent cuts at work they work great and I never cut myself

We ordered the small size; which is about the same size as the Mangetal medium size glove. They are cut resistant, have a snug fit and grip well thanks to the silicon dots on the palm. The only down side is that they are not ambidextrous; since we bought them for wood carving and only wear one glove ambidextrous gloves are best. But for the money they are a good buy. We can buy an inexpensive can of spray on silicon/rubber for the other side. While the small seems to fit my hand, I'm curious how the medium would fit. Will find out soon as we plan to order several more in different sizes. Will post review with pictures when we get them. Hope this review helps.When we have a chance to use them I will update the post as to durability.p.s. for those who seem to feel that the glove may not be truly safe for use with knives - they are not cut proof - they are cut resistant, which means they will protect if the knife slips or you misjudge and cut too close to your fingertips. For woodworkers with seriously sharp blades I would suggest sticking with chainmail or Kevlar gloves as a slip while using rotary blades moving at a blurring speed is not the same as a slip of a hand-held knife.

Order a size below what you normally wear. I normally wear a medium but when I put it on it seems like a large/XL, which makes it a little hard to cut up food with good precision.

I like these gloves. They are light, they breathe well, they grip well.Likely the single most important purchase I made for cutting up meat. These gloves saved my hands on numerous occaisions. Where, I am a novice when it comes to cutting meat, I am very good at slicing my fingers. These gloves are not cut proof and you can slice through them, however, after multiple straight on pokes, cross slices and other mistakes that would have taken my finger off, I had no cuts on my hand. I will say that I sliced the tip of the glove open, but it offered me enough reaction time to not slice through the latex glove I used as a liner. Again... not cut proof, but certainly cut resistant and saved me numerous times.Another great use for these gloves is for fishermen/women when cleaning fish. They grip the slippery fish well, and will do a great job protecting your hands if you fa-lay (sp?) fish. These would make a great belated father's day or birthday gift for anyone that fishes and cleans their own fish.I am glad there are 2pairs in a package. I treat them as semi-disposble gloves and get a new pair after using them for a bit. I figure that is the price I pay to cut my own meat and save my fingers.

Thought they were cut resistant both sides but they are not. Will use them but ended up ordering another kind that is cut resistant both sides.

They look small but do stretch a bit. Very snug on my hands so a male, unless you have small hands might not fit.Not sure about the no cut because one side got snagged on a small nail and pulled the strings loose. Also fabric won't keep from being stabbed.Was really hoping for two colors, but only got the grey.

Ordered specifically to have two different colours. Said smalls were pink and grey.Disappointed when I received 2 grey pairs.

The cuff on one set of gloves was shorter than the other. I ordered them again an d it was the same problem.
