Apple Barrel Multi-Surface Paint in Assorted Colors (8 oz), Paradise Pink

I was shocked at the quality of this product. I was working on a project and I needed to paint in solid black. This paint did the job. It also does not have a strong smell like the other paints I’ve encountered in the past which is so great! I really recommend!

I’m an artist professionally, but specialize in watercolor. When I’m not working on commissions, I really enjoy playing around with acrylic on canvas. Since these pieces are for fun, I try not to spend a ton on the supplies. I made the mistake of buying a few tubes of a very cheap acrylic paint and won’t be doing that again.The Apple Barrel paints aren’t top of the line, but if you aren’t trying to create museum quality work, these are a perfect paint to use. The consistency and opaqueness makes for an easy brush stroke with little need to apply multiple coats. It dries quickly, but not so fast that you can’t spend a little time mixing colors on your palette.

I was so disappointed in this paint. I have used this brand for years and had an old small half bottle plus another unopened full small bottle. These sat on my shelf for over 3 years. They were fine for my project. Today I opened the recently purchased large bottle and it had goo in it like skin you get on opened paint that you didn't reseal. Now I'm in crisis mode to finish this Christmas sale fund raiser project in less than 2 days. I have no transportation to get to craft store to purchase. Amazon you failed me besides charging me high price where the large discount store charges $2.50 for 8 oz. bottle. Only difference is shipping from them is 3 days. I paid $5.99 shipping to get in 3 days. The paint came less than 24 hours later delivered by Door Dash with no extra charges. Made my day.

WIG!! I have a series of Garfield fetish paintings (I’m an entrepreneur 😤) and it’s alright! I can’t complain! I ended up mixing it with a different brand of white to make it a bit more opaque though, it didn’t cover pencil lines or the canvas underneath & smeared the pencil a bit but that’s on me they’re very soft pencils. If I run out I’ll probably buy this same exact thing again cuz it works well enough!

Great viscosity. Took two coats on wood and metal but not bad at all. Spread evenly. Color very true. Excellent product.

I used this to touch up some trim in my house and paint the back of the laundry room door that had some black scuff marks on it. In my opinion it worked great. I bought a 0.69 cent brush off of Amazon it wasn’t the greatest but the paint job turned out really good thanks to the paint.

I wasn't expecting much from what is considered a craft paint, but I was pleasantly surprised. I used it to repaint the inner portion of the ventilation hood over my stove. It's "vintage" and the old paint over metal has peeled. I found the Apple Barrel paint had a nice thick consistently and covered the surface evenly and nicely.
