Product Description A solid Walnut chopping board 400 x 400 x 40mm handmade in Britain. Suitable for the occasional cook or the professional chef, end grain chopping boards are safe and hygienic. The weight of the board stops it from moving around when trying use it and the natural acidity of wood is proven to neutralise harmful bacteria. Unlike other cutting surfaces, end grain wood doesn't blunt knife edges. Maintain by wiping with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water, this product is not dishwasher safe.
